Anybody read German? I ran this thru google translate and got nothing useful.

It does say "high quality harvest" through the use of "superphosphate". Superphosphate was evidently the first chemical fertilizer, first produced in the mid 1800's. I think the deduction that it is a fertilizer company's promotional trinket is probably correct. Could have some value, I guess...

Since a yes/no question without parameters obviously can't be answered with any certainty other factors must be considered. Foremost the "why" - for what reason is the question being asked? What is the motivation behind it? What factors can be deduced from that? What other clues are out there...

Man, this housing thing is going to get REALLY ugly

Probably not right now. I'm thinking of eventually moving to the Smyrna/Vinings/Buckhead/John's Creek area of Atlanta but not until late next year at the earliest. I have some friends down there and I really love the area. I'd like to think the housing market will continue to cool a bit.

Not the Death Star. Something that might be feasible within a certain time frame. I want those drones from Prometheus that can map caves (or whatever) and give you a 3d image of what they've discovered. Crappy movie, cool drones. I don't really NEED them. I would just like to play with them...

The prices I quoted at the beginning of this thread seem low but they were real. You have to remember - we were coming off the Great Recession. I was buying at the perfect time. There were houses available for under 200k that now would be well over 300k. My area has gained a little population...
