You have the highest cost of living in NYC, yet it feels like everything is so artificial. Everyone feels like they can rip you off and get away with it.
I guess it's okay if your in the .1%, otherwise, I think other cities have more to offer as far as beauty, costs, people, and lifestyle...
Given the type of vehicles you are looking at it probably doesn't matter much for you, but 15/21 mpg would be an automatic write off for me in 2014, maybe not in 1999.
I was given the AD700X and I find them bellow average. Very weak on the bass which artificially makes them sound more detailed.
Very uncomfortable as well, the pads are fairly thin which makes your ear come into contact with the hard plastic grill (and I have small ears).
Sorry to go off...
The Note series is on the extreme end of the spectrum for smartphones.
For people who are constantly looking at their phone all day using it as a pseudo-tablet, be it watching movies, playing video games, viewing spreadsheets, whatever, the phone works perfectly for them.
For the average...
The system is basically human trafficking.
Here in CT, they usually use some sort of large passenger van to shuttle in chinese workers from NYC. The business owner usually provides them with residency where they are packed into some house or apartment and transportation to his restaurant...
If anyone is looking for an MMO mouse, this mouse seems excellent.
It may seem like a cheap chinese mouse at first but it seems to be fairly good quality.
I found it much more comfortable than the G600 as it not incredibly tall like the Logitech.
It also has a nice rough sandpaper like...
The reason your company (but certainly not all) maxes out at 500K is because most people who have assets to protect and are looking for more coverage will purchase a separate umbrella policy which is supplemental to your auto and home insurance liability limits. I am sure your insurance policy...
Employer sponsored health insurance commonly only pays 80% for both doctor visits and hospital treatment. Employers are even starting to move to policies which only pay 70% of costs leaving you with 30% of your medical bills.
I find the system here inadequate.
Oh sorry, forgot not everyone can always be perfect like yourself. In fact, we should only allow perfect specimens like yourself to drive, then we can get rid of auto insurance all together and get rid of the 5th leading cause of death in the USA.
Not very good logic there. It's called an "accident" for a reason.
Do you have your family under your policy? How can you be so sure everyone is as superb of a driver as yourself?
Someone who wants to protect their assets is not going to cheap out the measly ~$500 for a nice umbrella policy...
Sure you do; get into an accident and cause severe injury or injuries or even kill someone and get ready for a lawsuit easily over 100K, 250K, or 500K.
If you don't have any assets worth protecting, you can make an argument, otherwise expect a marshall to knock on your door to inform you a...
OP has both the 2500K and 4790K at over 55 fps in Crysis 3 with the latter only squeezing out another 3 fps. Unless you run at low resolution, but these days, 1400p and 1600p are pretty common here.
Would love to see how my 2500k at 4.8 ghz does in these circumstances. For a pure gaming...
Updated to this version today and found it to be a huge mess. Even though I selected the checkbox to keep my old settings, all my profiles were gone, the OSD doesn't work for half my games, the way of changing the settings is cumbersome, and so on.
I noticed the other thread on this got...
I know older Mercedes models had "summer/winter" modes, where when in winter mode, the car will always start in 2nd gear for less wheel spin during takeoff in snowy conditions.
Extremely high energy, need a lot of exercise, need attention, cannot feed them cheap food, usually attach only to their owner and are wary of strangers, can act like a wild animal at times, cost around $1200.
Would be foolish to not wait a month for the Note 4 release. Note's hold their value more than other android phones I believe if your talking after market.
Yeah, but you also get what you pay for. Getting 80 hours of experience including many hours of actually driving an 18 wheeler is useful, especially so you don't do something idiotic and kill someone when your actually driving one for-real.
I know somebody who spent 5 grand years ago to get a class A CDL, $3,800 sounds pretty reasonable.
Others can get lucky and have their company pay for the whole thing, I know the electric company does that here.
Make sure LLC calibration is turned on and CPU power saving features are turned off in the bios. I don't use PLL overvoltage and have run 4.5 GHz at 1.3V for years.
No, but I think you can usually renew foreign passports at the respective country's embassy as long as you have the proper identification requirements.
As long as you use any manufacturer approved oil for your vehicle, it doesn't matter.
The vehicle is going to turn into a pile of rust and have everything around the engine fall apart before the fact that you run $10/quart Amsoil over the cheapest approved alternative makes any kind of...
The description of "cavern of portals" can be so many places in this game.
I think the game is around 60-100 hours depending on how much of a completionist you are first time through going by the steam tracker.
No, I don't think so. High level spells require 5 ability points in the respective spell type to not get penalized, so I wouldn't unless you are going for some kind of melee/caster hybrid. For a pure caster, the staff is just a stat stick.
I liked the movie, even more than the first.
Didn't they completely change the story however?
I thought the virus was supposed to wipe out all humans except those who went to mars, and then years later, the humans returned to Earth.
What are you talking about dude? Who said I have been living here for a few years? Somebody can own a home for 50+ years and see taxes rise much faster than inflation though the years.
Move to Bridgeport, CT. $10,000 are extremely common on homes which need to be demolished and they are ranked...
Our property taxes are 5K minimum for your outdated 1950's 1,000 sq. foot ranch home and easily 8-9K on something reasonably "nice."
Fuck Property taxes. People complain that a studio costs $1,000/month, but when the property owners expenses are up to his neck, what do you expect. It all boils...
What if it's all a scam. They make up all these new health regulations to give people an excuse to tear stuff down and rebuild. It's all about keeping money circulating. In a few years, PVC will be found to cause cancer and we will all need to replace all our plumbing.
New regulations mean...
NYC seems like it's mostly overrated, overhyped, and incredibly expensive. But you cannot blame the restaurants when they are paying tens of thousands in rent every month. I mean, when a bottle of water costs $5 at a bar, you know something is up.
Oblivion is the worst of the latest 3 ES games, the expansion was better than the game itself. Morrowind was probably the best at release, followed by Skyrim.
The experience will not be the same as it would playing these titles at launch.
