Yes, but both have been said to be a huge waste of money if gaming is your only concern and you're overclocked to 4.5-5.0 GHz.

Of course there is. Every house with a clothes dryer have a 30A 240V line for example. You can make anything you want 240V. It's just a matter of using the proper wire and wiring it correctly at the breaker box. Instead of 1 hot (120V) 1 neutral 1 ground, you run 2 hot 1 gound (120V * 2).

The penalty your abilities suffer for only having 2 points in a skill line + having low int due to focusing on dex made me give up on that. The abilities cost 8-10 action points and do less damage. I am having my characters put 5 points into their main skill line and then max out one more...

Flat fee means what exactly? If you were building a 3500 sq. ft home, you would be charged the same amount as a measly 300 sq. ft? That price sounds terrible.

Bang for buck Mattresses $500-1000 (Queen / Plush)?

Only advice I can give is to get something which is not a pillowtop. Pillowtops just add on a thick ~4 inch layer of cheap polyurethane foam which is going to sag in a couple of years. I like latex myself, but you have to beware here too. Many are advertised as latex, but its only a ~3-4...

HVAC guys please

I know multiple people with cast iron gas boilers that are 30 years old and never serviced. Gas doesn't produce all the soot oil does when it burns and need to be cleaned every year. I may be wrong, but I have never seen or heard of an oil boiler that will do 95% efficiency or even 90%.

HVAC guys please

It pretty much comes down to oil heat sucks, and forced air heat is less comfortable than radiate heat. If you don't have access to natural gas, you are not going to get 90+% efficiency with oil, only low to mid 80's. One option would be to convert to propane which can provide 95% efficiency...

2500k @ 4.4 -1.35 volts-Temps: 54c idle and 93/98 max--OK??

Temps are high, should be 35-40C idle and 70-75C full load. You need an aftermarket heatsink, just get that one everyone uses, the 212 Evo or whatever its called.

Bare-die testing: A delidded 3770k, an H100, and 9 different TIMs

I have run -0.035 or -0.030 on my 4.5 GHz Sandy for years now. I don't get what you mean by "offshoot." If the voltage is to high at 100% load, you lower the offset some more. 1.312V at 4.5 GHz and 60C max temps gaming, 70C max temp prime95 and all the way back down to 1.00V at 1.6 GHz 35C idle.

I run a One X which has the same specifications I believe, butter smooth. If your GS3 is laggy, probably due to Samsung's UI which can easily be flashed over, HTC Sense runs great for me.

Reality is, all these pushes for better benchmarks and specifications have been mostly meaningless since the GS3 and One X which still run butter smooth to this day. After that, 100% of the focus should have been battery life and better construction.

Cleric is usually OP and needed for heals/undead I think, but I would leave that role up to one of the two mercs you hire for your 4 man party so I can focus on other things with the two controllable characters.

Generally, tradesmen are good for about $35/hour for your basic typical work. Offer to pay by the hour and provide the material can be an option. Big name companies can be the worst as far as pricing.

What performance with Nvidia 780 and PVP in Elder Scrolls online?

Even with a 680/770 on low settings, there is still plenty of lag in PVP with many players on screen due to server side lag so I am not convinced upgrading the video card will accomplish much.

[Gamepur] 2GB not enough for Watch_Dogs 1080p

Big regret buying a 680. Nvidia really fooled a lot of people with this card, pretending it was high-end when it was really a mid-range card at $500. The card has a gimped memory bus/size.

The rear camera design is terrible, similar to the One X, it is not flush with the rest of the body. They fixed this issue with the One M7, then took a step backwards in design with the One M8 with the dead zone below the screen. Now another step backwards with the rear camera design.
