Not taken the exam yet, but I think a SIM is where you have to perform just show commands to diagnose the issue, whereas a LAB is where you actually have to do the config to get some functionality to work.

A number of wrong answers in this dump.

ABDUL BASIT@ switch B should be cat3560. In that way you should put switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q.
But I had the problem with
command switch port mode trunk on Sw-A. I put it on port channel but that command wasn't applied on interfaces in bundle f0/3 and 4. I had to directly shoot switchport mode trunk on those interfaces.
In other way trunk on portchannel wont work.
You should carefully pass through running conf, before hit the next button.

you could do add vlan 99
spanning-tree allowed vlans 1,21-23,99
its native vlan and should be on trunk.

In LACP i was able toping the router succesfully. Pls make sure you apply all the config on Physical interface only as in the instruction its clearly mentioned in BOLD to apply it on physical interface.

in my case both in both switch vlan 1 was already configured with the ip address and vlan 11,12,13 was already present on switchA.

IN LACP_STP, I configured trunk and etherchannel at physical interface (#interface range 0/3 – 4) and only “no shutdown” comamnd under port-channel.
I didn’t face any issue. I observed that etherchannel formed properly from the output of #sh etherchannel 1 port-channel and able to ping from SW B to router.
int vlan 1 with ip address was there ready. can see it from sh run.

Correct answer of q66 is A. Trunk is preferend over access. If you configure the interface with these commands and the interface is UP, then answer A is correct. But if the cable is unplugged and interface is DOWN, then answer B is correct. I suppose that the cable should be connected, so A is correct. Tested on real 3560.

I know for a fact that QUESTION NO: 66 from the 191q dump is incorrect. Just run those commands in a 3750 for example and see the output on the "sh vlan" command. The right answer should be B and not A. This may explain why no one is scoring 1k or close to it on this exam.

@Ahmed The answer for DHCP binding is 2000 only. its 8000 only for Nex-OS. In this cert we are dealing only with ios so the answer should be 2000 only. Rest all is ok !

the 191 Premium file is still valid, however there is something to say regarding question 99 (the lab with 2 switches)

the VTP mode on switch B is differ from Switch A, on the exam I had to change it to transparent as the VTP mode of Switch A was transparent.

I do advice to check the question one by one, I did for some of them and found correct, however you should be more than meticulous before going to the exam.

Serg 182q has the correct labs and has correct answers, unlike 191q that has incorrect answer for STP/LACP lab. There is a wrong answer in 191q and serg 182q, the question is about stabdby HSRP address reported as duplicate. The correct answer is spanning tree loop. Hope it helps!

In lab you need to configure the new vlan in the switch A also. also the vtp mode and stp mode of switch B should be same as that of switch A. dot1x encapsulation need to be configured in the switch trunk interface. port channel should be properly configured in the switch A. in the dumps these are not configured. during the exam please make sure that the port channel is up. Security lab question the dump answer is the correct one.All the best..

the 191 premium is still valid, passed the exam with 958 Score today.. 40 questions in the exam and all from 191 dumps. lab of layer 2 technologies need to provide more attention as the answer in the dumps is not full, configuration for VTP and STP mode need to be taken care. All the best..

Which Vlan Lab? You mean to say LACP-STP.

Dump is valid, 40 questions all from the dump 191q.
3 labs - aaa, vlan and HSRP

Just passed today dump is not so trustfull you must try to pay a lot of action before answering any question

Dumps are Valid but some of answers are in correct. Further in Etherchannel lab is was not able to make that UP. It wont allow you to set trunk encapsulation.

Some questions are wrong ...example: template disables routing and supports the maximum number of unicast MAC addresses....it's obvious that is VLAN and this mark default as ok....be careful
