alhamdolellah i passed with 853 score.
This is my second try.
Guys if you have any doubt regarding any command's bug or error immediately report it to Cisco support then they will investigate & if your problem is true they will give you a free voucher to apply .that what happened with me I applied second time free.
I had a problem with AAAdot1x!!!
I wanted to remove vlan access-map but "no vlan access-map" command was not functioning what really confused me & collapsed my answer then I failed. Just make sure you write & save a comment about certain command & issue.

Today also I didn't get full mark I don why but the good thing i passed finally.

Layer 2 I'm not sure If the problem with the LACP lab or there is wrong multiple choice answers but I think I answered typical with dumps.
In LACP lab I have one doubt about native vlan, I created vlan 99 & configure it as native which is maybe wrong. I think the question is telling vlans 1, 21-23 should be tagged so vlan 1 it might should be tagged with command : "dot1q tag native " but im not sure it just came to my mind in the exam but I didn't apply it because actually I am not sure of the 2 answers.
AAAdot1x I applied same commands & I get 100%

what happen guys, I studied the 158 plus the 6 new questions and all questions are exit on the exam, for lacp lap I did the configuration , I removed the native vlan 98 and make the 99 as native on both trunk, the I checked both trunk on both sw are up and running. then I surprised the result is 741 how come ?? its the third time I failed, my certificate gonne to expired after 10 days any one know why ?

Hi CCNP_300_115 Dont Worry You can't save the config in the labs, the commands write mem or copy run star doesnt work, But the exam takes your answers. Just do all the configuration on the LABS and when you finish, just click NEXT, the exam will take your configuration automatically, WISH you success

Passed today on 09 Sept 2015 in Singapore with 874/1000. Valid dump. Please don't forget to study the new mcqs in JvD. Following are the answers of those new mcqs I chose in exam. I would't say all are correct but at least I passed by choosing these answer. Almost all new mcqs appeared in exam.
-spanning-tree portfast bpdufilter
-LACP port priority, LACP system priority, system ID, port number
-The RSPAN designated VLAN is missing the remote span command
-UDLD port is configured in aggresive mode (not really a new mcq. It appeared at no.26 of both Galvin and JvD)
-MST
-BPDUfilter
-Configure a SPAN....... g0/4 only for VLAN 3

Note : JvD question no.42 to 52 seem wrong so I suggest we better refer to Galvin for 42 to 52.

Labs : aaa dot1x, VTP, LACP and Ferris Plastics appeared for me. Total 4 labs.

aaa - radius server host 172.120.40.46
VTP - everything is same, even question sequence
LACP - int vlan 1 - 192.168.1.11, ip default-gateway 192.168.1.1
Ferris Plastics - everything is same, even question sequence

Labs from certprepare are easier to study than those in dumps. However, we should cover everything.

passed two days ago with 958 Mark , dump is valid 100 % nut sure there is something wrong in the layer 2 questions i've got 100 % security 100 % infrastructure and 95 % layer 2, i think there is two possibilities , one question in the hsrp hotspot regarding the question about the decrement value 2 wrong possibities B or C , also there is something about LACP stp lab with manual prunning for vlan , so i dont know why we didnt get the full MARK

Dear all, i have finished my ccna and ccnp route and next week i have ccnp switching exam, i did all my labs on packet tracer and GNS3 but when it comes to switching i found lot of missing commands although with GNS3 IOU switching, so i have downloaded Boson Netsim 10 and really it surprised me how much it is amazing , really it supports lot of commands, like uplinkfast, bpdu filter, stp port priority , VACL .... if you have a chance take a look on it

Labs: You won’t be able to save your config with “copy run start” or “wr” so don’t worry it’s normal. I lost many time on that but got 100% without saving

AAAdot1x: This lab is very easy and it ok in the dump just the ip addreses could change.

LACP with STP: Something is wrong with this sim even if the config is ok for the etherchannel the trunk won’t work until you shut/no shut and config the int directly instead of the portchannel.

VTPv3: same as dump

HSRP Hotspot (ferris): same as dump

"Ferries" is actually a lab whith a company named "Ferries Plastics" with several questions. Look in the later questions of JvD dump.

Dump is 100% valid. Just cleared the exam.
Messed up something in the L2 switching part and I am guessing with the LACP lab.
Was able to ping the switch management interfaces but the port channel was not showing up on Switch B. All the interfaces in the port channel were also showing down even though the show etherchannel command showed that it was active and could see the neighboring ports and the mac address of the neighboring switch.

I think this is 'A. Spanning-tree portfast bpdufilter default'. I think this because BPDUfilter is the only that that stops port from actually sending BPDUs. BPDUguard still sends BPDU but shuts down port if it hears any back, and I don't know what the other command does.

Does this sound right?

I have cleared my exam on 5-08-2015 with 8xx marks. I was expecting more than this score but pass is pass. Everything was from this dump and from Haru's comments.

I got these labs HSRP hotspot, Ferris, AAA Dot1x, LACP with STP. Be aware that labs do not save your config so don't waste your time there. Also try to master all the multiple choice questions because there is definitely something wrong with the labs otherwise I would have scored more than this. However, best of luck and try to write your exam asap as I have heard Cisco is going to update the exam questions.

@Blasius i couldn't save but passed the exam with 900/1000 so that means no need to save as long as your configs are correct.

passed on saturday 1st august 2015 with 916...dumps are stii valid but in lacp and stp lab, you may have to remove the interface connected to the router from access to trunk using in no switchport mode access .

I'll be taking the exam (Argentina) in 4 more hs. Let you know if this is still valid in Argentina. Should be, but I'm not sure. Please tell is from where did You hear that after 1st August 2015 might will be change of the questions,because these change was already made at 15 June this year.
Please Aslan tell us with percentages that this might be true or not because the changes will be in very shorten the period of time I suppose that this change might be will after 6 months not 2 or 3.

What is the priority value of the VLAN 105 HSRP group on DSW2

Everywhere the answer is 100 (including galvin dumps), but it should be 150 right?

It doesn't say the interface was shut so if we look on "show standby" command, the current priority for vlan 105 is 150 and DSW2 is the active,
DSW1 is the standby with 100 of priority for vlan 105. They ask the priority of vlan 105 HSRP group on DSW2!!! so it should be 150, right?

Hi ROB , the correct answer is BPDU filter . The follow me , BPDUfilter can be configured globally or on the interface level and there’s a difference:

Global: if you enable BPDUfilter globally then any interface with portfast enabled will not send or receive any BPDUs. When you receive a BPDU on a portfast enabled interface then it will lose its portfast status, disables BPDU filtering and acts as a normal interface.
Interface: if you enable BPDUfilter on the interface it will ignore incoming BPDUs and it will not send any BPDUs. This is the equivalent of disabling spanning-tree , the mean that this switch will not participating in Spanning Tree with the rest of the network.

Looking at the options and reading up BPDU Guard is enabled on Access ports and prevents another switch from forming a trunk on that port.

To Rob, the answer should be BPDUfilter because it still requires user's connection. If it is BPDUguard, errdisable will work and no connection.

Infrastructure security 62% - Anyone can point me in direction of which Qs or Simulation that needed more attention.

Maybe I did not follow instructions correctly but used this vce to revise.

Failed Yesterday (UK) - 770(failed) so close yet so far to 790

36 Questions but plenty of Sim's

I revised everything including multiple choice, simulations which I knew from memory, not sure of failure but low score was related to Infrastructure Security 67%.

Labs -
1. LACP-STP (IP was changed),
2. AAA (IP was changed but am not sure if commands were saved wr / copy run start)
3. HSRP (Ferris Plastics - 6 Qs)
4. VTP3 5/6 Qs

I would advise to make sure you are comfortable with the commands and technology, it is possible the switches did not save or I simply got them completely wrong as they were the wrong answers.

answer is E because it say”end user connectivity is still required” BPDUGuard will errordisable the interface on violation, but BPDUfilter only prevent the packets on violation and the interface still up.

my reaming exam is Tshoot , but know cisco retired that exam new version CCNP V2 ( Tshoot – 300-135)

This dump is valid. Have 6 new questions, 5 of Haru's comment and 1 at below (LACP) of Shangwani's comment, i wrong this question, i mistake Switch MAC Add and Port Mac Address.
After check this dump, i wrong about 5 questions. I think i wrong at Haru's question, i don't know best answer.
2 Lab: LACP with STP and AAA. At LACP with STP, i don't config "default gateway", because Switch B ping successfully to Router.

I passed the exam yesterday with a reasonable score of 811. Some of the new questions came up and the old test still also good, please check Haru and Shangwani comments about the new questions, it did help, thank you.

Passed today 958, all new questions where in the examen, VTP3 sim and Ferris, LACP has a bug, you need to add switchport mode encapsulation dot1q in the portchannel, also AAA sim.
