Dump is still valid. Passed today with 976 points. But, there were 5-6 new questions. What I can remember:
1. What is the default packetization interval of an Cisco ISR router: 10, 20, 30 or 40 ms.
2. A WAN link has capacity of 64kbps. There are two G729 calls on that link. What will happen if a third call is attempted? I can not remember all options, but some of them were:
- Call will failover to the PSTN.
- Call will be dropped.
- Call will be successful, but call quality on the other calls will degrade.
I've selected the first option, but am not sure if it's correct.

FRF.12 is an implementation agreement that supports voice and other real-time delay-sensitive data on low-speed links. The standard accommodates variations in frame sizes in a manner that allows a mixture of real-time and nonreal-time data.

FRF.12 stipulates that, when fragmentation is on for a data-link connection identifier (DLCI), there is fragmentation of only data frames that exceed the specified fragmentation size. This arrangement allows small VoIP packets, which are not fragmented due to the size, to be interleaved as frames between large data packets that have been fragmented into smaller frames. This improves the serialization delay for packets that leave the router. As a result, voice packets do not wait for the process of large data packets.

In a VoIP implementation, Frame Relay (Layer 2 protocol) cannot distinguish between VoIP and data frames. FRF.12 fragments all packets that are larger than the fragment size setting. Configure the fragmentation size on the DLCI such that voice frames are not fragmented. You can configure the fragment size under the Cisco IOS® Software map-class frame-relay command with the issue of the frame-relay fragment fragment_size command. The fragment size is in bytes, and the default is 53 B. Many variables determine the size of the voice packets. Guys!! I have completed the exam yesterday(19/04/2014). I have been asked 70 questions. In that around 10 questions are new dumps. So be prepared in all the dumps and go. By god's grace I have got 988. Some questions I still remember.
1) Only one user in a company is able to Pickup call whenr the Pickup button is selected on the phone. How will the voice administrator fix the issue, namely Device-> Phone -> Line.

2) IP phone should not download configuration file from FTP. Which restart method does it?

Ans : restart command in ephone.

3) A user is trying to make Long Distance, Call COR LD tag is enabled in Dial-peer, but not under ephone. Which command makes the call succeeded?

Ans : No extra configuration needed.

4) Which protocol is used in IP Phone to check QoS?

Ans : RTP.

Only these much I remember. I'll post the rest accordingly.
