Guys, I have a question regarding Drag&Drop questions in this dump. When I place the answers CORRECT, but not consistently as the answers in the dump, the answer is considered as wrong. What I mean in the Voice/Data Characteristics I place Smooth, Delay Sensitive, Drop Sensitive, Benign and etc.all of these are correct choices, but I place them in a not consistently as the answer in the dump.and the dump give me that this is not correct answer. soft key for "Call Pickup" is named just "Pickup" like GPickup for Group Pickup and OPickup for Other Group Pickup.. Dumps can be wrong it counts what is on real exam ;)

the other says "Press the "Pickup"softkey..the actual answer should be latter..but when clicked on show answer..comes as the former.
Please let me know if I am wrong

I have another doubt for a question.
Q. A user exists within an office of IP phones, all of which have the same pickup group. A call comes into the phone of another office worker who is currently at lunch. What shoud the user do to have the call directed to his or her phone.
