I forget but I saw it in Muriel's dump. Make sure you don't try to remember placement, they are all scrambled. For the CCP, you will not be able to deliever until the end and there is no save function. Just walkthrough the whole thing like you should and you will see what you should at the end (three different settings configured). Also, know how to atleast get to the answers for the CCP 5 part question. Honestly, all you need to worry about is knowing what the answer should look like since Cisco made it so only certain tabs will work. If you use strictly this and just give up the points for the two wrong answers you'll be fine because they were the ones I missed. 979/1000. Know this dump and how to do the NTP simulation (atleast the steps) and you will be good to go. If you fail with this VCE, then its your fault.

Thank you so much for the answers Name and ashraf. I guess I'm still a little confused. You said you had an ntp sim, but in the Christine file I only see the one sim, the rest are drag and drop or multiple choice questions. Is there another file I should be using?

@CMoar. About the new questions that all are talking about you can find them in the Muriel's dump file. There are no new Simulation, but answers can be different from the answers that are in the dump file. Just learn how to find the answers. I found in one other forum the flowing explanation about the CCP: How to see in CCP

let me share you the correct steps:

1. Inspection cisco map OUT_SERVICE
configure -> security -> C3PL -> class map-inspection

2. NAT address
confgure -> router -> NAT -> edit NAT configuration

3. Class map is used by INBOUND RULE
confugre – router – ACL – firewall rule (there see under the INBOUND RULE)

4. policy assigned to the zone pair
configure -> security -> firewall -> firewall component -> zone pair

5. Network object group
configure -> router -> ACL -> object groups -> networking groups.
As i can see lot of us where stuck on the CCP simulation. But as i can see all of us are pass the exam. Congratulations and Good Luck to all.

I'm confused. Are you saying the 6 questions, or one SIM included in this file are the ONLY SIM questions on the exam? Or are there a bunch of other SIMs somewhere to study? I go take it in two weeks. Very nervous.

By default in CCP This ‘Deliver Configuration to Device’ dialog box is checked and is very helpful because it shows you your GUI configurations turned into CLI commands. It’s a good way to learn. If however you don’t want this option, you can change it from the settings. Navigate to Application > Options. You can then uncheck the ‘Show CLI preview’ option. Note that if you use CCP in offline mode this option is checked but not active. So you will not see the pop-up window with "Deliver". In the lab this menu is also not active so i'm now wondering is there any other way to save and deliver setting to the router or this is a bug in the exam? Please share your experience. Thanks.

In the CCP in the left bottom corner there is one menu\screen called Utilities. In this menu there are some buttons, "Save configuration to PC", "Write to Startup Configuration" and etc. I try them all, but they were not active. May be i did something wrong and i was not able to save and deliver the configuration to the Router. If someone have more experience with CCP and can share more light with us, i think that all will be happy.

@ wholehawg, on the test it will say permit esp 192.168.8.4 0.0.0.3. D is correct, but keep this in mind. It is a typo. When you write ACLs, remember you are writing them with the wildcard, so 255.255.255.252 will be wrong regardless. Again, 192.168.8.4 will be on the test, you can always modify the file to show this.

I believe I found an error with a question in this VCE. Which command enable subnet 192.168.8.4/30 to communicate with 192.168.8.32/27 on IP protocol 50?

The answer in the VCE is;
D. Permit ESP 192.168.8.0 0.0.0.3 192.168.8.32 0.0.0.31
And I believe it should be;
A. Permit ESP 192.168.8.4 255.255.255.252 192.168.8.32 255.255.255.224

The answer D is clearly wrong because the source network is wrong. And since they question doesn't tell you if this is a router or ASA the use of the subnet mask over a wild card could be correct.

@BB Those are different questions: the first one is about encryption, the second one is about digital signature.
Both answers are valid.

your both question-Answerr are correct.
your first question is about confidentiality. Therefore, receiver's public key is used for encrypt and sender's private key is used for decrypt. as we know in asymmetrical encryption, one key is used for encryption and one for decryption. so in this case if you encrypt via receiver's public key it can only decrypt via receiver's private key. so nobody can read this message over public network.

Your 2nd question is about to verify sender. in this case sender's private key is used to encrypt and sender public key is used to decrypt. Big example for this,is cisco public key (realm-cisco.pub : this is also in our dumps)which require when you download IPS signature file in CISCO IOS. this signature file is encrypted by CISCO's Private key and decrypted by it's public key which is realm-cisco.pub. here it used to verify sender only.

i found little twist in CCP Lab. Q- Which class-map is used by INBOUND rule? i didn't find this answer under "configure-Security-Firewall-firewall". but i found under "Configure-Router-ACL-Firewall Rule" so be careful, just play with CCP as much as possible.
Also, one thing that i observed in CCP lab, that might be helpful to you guys. in CCP Lab, all feature of CCP are not active, they only active those features that helps us to t'shoot our problem. so plan your exam such that you can spend little more time on CCP Lab.

Look at the wording.They are both correct.
1st question: With VPN, you've already created a tunnel, so the sender will send an encrpyted message with the reciever's public key and the reciever will decrypt with their Private key, then vice-versa.
2nd question: If I am the sender and I want you to know (verify) without a shadow of a doubt I sent it, I would encrypt the message with my Private Key. The reciever will then decrpyt with the Public Key and they are now assured the message came from me.

Its all about the wording of these two questions, they are tricky, but the answers given are correct.

Apparently this is a good practice test, though there are some english sentence issues it is good. Please keep in mind the passing grade is above 890 now (I think it's 898) and not what's shown in the test.
