Hilooks like this dump is good but,the weird thing is when I downloaded this, even with the updated VCE engine which I just paid for,it will show 642-627.v2013-05-23.by.jan.165q.vce but then if I uploaded it to the VCE player it will show up as the one for 642-627.v3013 by pitikak ....even the properties show up as C:\Users\ERWINA~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Cisco.Testking.642-627.v2013-05-23.by.jan.165q.vce ...IS THIS NORMAL AND AM I REVIEWING THE CORRECT DUMP ??? Anybody else having this issue ???

In case of we can not complete all old code, we can use replace code (new code of CCNP security) or not. Example : We pass Secure, IPS but VPN and firewall still not taking, after 21 April can we keep using new code (replace for VPN , FIREWALL) and get new CCNP Sec or not?

With this exam, Does it include lab sim or not? I can not find any lab sim

Dump is valid, but one D&D had different answers. It was the D&D with options inline VLAN pairs/groups, selective inline analysis, promiscuous mode, inline interface pair. The answers to that question are different than the dump.

One lab answer is incorrect. The question is which signature definition is virtual sensor 0 assigned to. The dump answer is vs0, but when I actually went under Config > Policies > IPS Policies or Signature Definitions in IDM and saw it is sig0.

I found a few mistakes in the test answers, so make sure to double-check that (a few of them very obvious).

Dump very valid,,all questions from it,,,,passed 890,,,never got more because of silly mistakes and indecisiveness on the multiple choices,,,,simulation valid,,,red category at bottom,,,you have to scroll to see it,,,don't forget to apply changes.

Exam B, Q64 is obviously wrong. Even in the show answer it shows you that vs0 is using signature definition "sig0". Most likely vs0 will always use the default groups (ad0, rules0, sig0).

This would have been awesome file if the D&D's were actually D&D capable.

I believe the correct answer is option A: the IPS admin should be able to use telnet to connect to the IP appliance 172.26.26.1 IP address.

And not option D: The IPS admin will not be able to use telnet to connect to the IP appliance.

Passed 10/24/2013 in California with a high 8XX. Used only this bank and sims were exactly the same. Only studied the night prior and morning of and still passed.

I just passed the exam. This is still a great practice exam to study.

I passed to today with 9xx. This dump is still valid. About 10 DD questions and 2 simulations. There is a good video on Youtube that explains a bit better the second simulation, question 154 in the dump (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=od30i-Wneu0).
The video is based on 7.1, where in the exam you will have to use 7.0. There isn't much difference between the two but One thing that you need to know is that the Red Threat Threshold (task 4 in the simulation) can be changed from the Risk Category tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and it will give you this option.

Mike , this exam has only one lab and one Simulation, there is one question in simulation incorrect , they select vs0 while the correct answer is sig0

access-list 172.26.26.2/32 32 means this host, defines what devices can telnet into the IPS. The correct answer is admin is not able to telnet, because the IP is the actual gateway of the IPS itself. You can't telnet into a box using its own IP address.

Q89 - can anyone explain why they can't telnet? I can't figure it out, looks like someone on the gateway could telnet in?
