Cisco changed word order a bit, so at the beginning it was confusing like hell
I got 13tt in total plus some d&d, and m-select
Do not forget to read background of TT - for HSRP and IPv6 it is different
What is really helpfull
open 1st ticket try if you have IP or no
if not check L2 for VACL, trunk etc.
if yes - ping hop by hop far as you didn't get reply
check routers for possible issues, remeber what it can be and abort ticket
open next ticket and check if your thought were correct

dump still valid, but learn your stuff and get familiar with cisco exam on cisco demo which is mentioned somewhere here

@ Sam, First of all, the TT statements in this dump are not exactly the same as in the real exam. Here, there are extra sentences that are not in the real exam which may be confusing, it confused me any way. The other dump is stating the scenario exactly the way it is in the real exam. Secondly, In the exam, the IPv6 TT is saying R1 cannot ping DSW1 or DSW2 loopback interface but in this dump and I think the other one also is not saying like this. Another thing, there is a change in the multiple choice options. There is also a change in IPs and some interface names. The problem is that when you select a wrong answer of the first question of every TT, you will get different options which are all wrong for the remaining two questions and I think may be this is what made me fail because most of the choices I got are NOT in this dump at all. This dump has a very few questions which looked very easy to answer which made me go over them very quickly then took the exam but I was surprised to find things are not the way I thought. May be it was valid but I was confused. Any way, I am not going to use this dump for my second attempt. Ma

There is no such difference between these 2 dumps...This dump actually in better format..as in exam each tt will have 3 questions..

How can u say it not valid but that one is same 2 same..

NOT VALID, NOT VALID, NOT VALID. I failed the exam yesterday. I got only 3 or 4 TT and 2 or 3 multiple choice from this dump. After I failed, I checked the dump with 57 questions and all the TTs that came in the exam are in it word by word.

I am planning to give tshoot paper. Please any one guide me that in paper do we have to do configurations also in each ticket or we only have to select options after troubleshooting?

Hey guys cleared my exam yesterday. Be careful with this dump.The answers are correct but questions will be putup in different manner.
Most of the questions are related to client not pinging the webserver and client not getting IP address.In exam they wont mention that client cant ping R1's interface or R4's interface.They just say client cant ping the web server.So make use of the time."Tracert" command wont work in client.

Today i was passed the tshoot exam with 945 marks ...
dumbs are still 100 % valid and still stable ...
But problem is that i was faced
in one TT based on Vlan acces map ..
Actually problem lists in DSW1 device after checking sh run in ASW1 .
But in exam TTwhen we selected the DSW1 device we can not see particular vlan access map problem..
I checked so many times ..still getind same problem .

then checked in ASW1 device with sh run and there is no problems found .

but in exam TT when we select ASW1 we can see that particular vlan access map problem ..
at that time i was confused and i have lost marks in that particualr TT only based on device .
I think particular TT was wrong .. I think of the people face this problem..

Dump is valid - BUT REMEMBER - YOU WILL SEE THE SAME RUNNING CONFIG ON MORE THAT 3 TICKETS!!! THIS MEENS THAT FOR EXAMPLE:
YOU WILL SEE: IP DHCP EXCLUDE ADDRESS OR PASSIVE INTERFACE IN TICKETS THAT THE PROBLEM IS SOMETHING ELSE.
Use additinal command ( NOT ONLY SHOW RUN ) to understand the problem.
One Ticket in my exam goes me CRAZY - I saw that the problem is VLAN FILTER - but i did not see the answer for this. After some time 2 client get the exam IP adress. In my opinion the ticket was broken ((.
I choose some answer to ( i am sure that the answer is incorrect) finish the Exam.

I cleared my exams yesterday with full 1000 points although I was not expecting this at the start of the exam. This is because of the hard work that I had put in and by the grace of God. Important : in the Ticket os (VLAN ACCESS_MAP) , some guys the problem in DSW1 but the correct answer not found when you choose DSW1 and you must choose ASW1 . in my exam i found the problem on DSW1 and the correct answer also when you choose DSW1 just you need to scroll the page down you can find it last choice , so becarful .

These are about 90 % valid....more than good enough to successfully pass this TSHOOT exam.

I cleared this hurdle on last Friday, May 11, 2012 with 900/1000.

The strategies suggested by Belal and jodie_9ja are sensible and logical.
Belal's is easier on the eyes to read & follow....visually speaking.

I would strongly suggest doing the 4 sample Trouble Tickets that are publicly offered on the Cisco website under their Training & Certification section for CCNP, TSHOOT.

I recall doing all these exams and was already Cisco CCNP back in year 2003.
Unfortunately, I got busy with another employer and did not have sufficient time to take a 642 level exam to do the renewal. I also understand that the Cisco CCSP is now retired...not sure why Cisco Systems decided to do this.

Anyway, I am ready and have passed Route & Switch exams.

actually i passed TShoot 3 days before, and I faced just the 13 TTs and 3 Multiple Choice questions, no Drag and Drops.
First, I used this dump Cisco.certkey.642-832.v2011-11-24.by.Alessandro.60q, u can get it from ExamCollection, and I think u can use networkTut only and it's enough to pass the exam it's the same as the Exam, but take care about something, the Eigrp AS lab wasn't in my, and there something also important, in the exam when u Issue the sh run command u will see the whole device configuration so u will be a little bit confused while extracting the answer. and give more concentration to TTs that have R1 problems, they are the most difficult ones u might face.

they have updated the exam, most of the tickets are the same, but the ospfv3 ticket has been changed. same topology, but it says the lo6 on R1 cannot ping the loopback(6? - i forgot which one) on DSW2
