Exam changed. 20% of the questions and totally different sims

Test has changed recently, 50% new questions and new sims.

Although i prepare myself well i can't take a risk to pay this exam and fail , it is a lot of money in my country.I've been waiting for a month to get a new dump.Is anybody here who passed this exam?
