@Tsmar, Its not pass4sure and nothing is mentioned on it, our IT dept. installed it on our System. its environment is exactly similar with pass4sure. If you help me how to decode its file, i can share it as well or do any one know, in which software pass4sure is making this software, i hope that can read this file as well.

No it is not compulsory to write the TSHOOT before the 31st of July, you can do TSHOOT anytime, because the TSHOOT exam is not among the exams that are being retired.

is it compulsory to write Tshoot 642-832 before 31-07-2010 after you have passed the composite 642-892 of the old ccnp track.

t-shoot is simplest exam that i ever given any cisco exam. it's having 3 MCQ and 12 trouble tickets. traceroute is not available in exam, as well as no show command filters are provided the best ways to clear the exam is ping and show run on each router.

let me give you a trick to find a trouble quickly.... first ping from dsw1 so that you can verify the above network is working or not if ping successful that means problem with switching, and if the ping is not successful that means problem with routing or nat or bgp.

you will face 12 trouble tickets..... in those tts 10 is saying that client 1 is not able to ping 209.65.200.241 and 1 is related to ipv6 and 1 is related to hsrp.
