Folks, passed yesterday in Canada with 81%. Sims are exactly same as described by "The User".
For 2 PVS sims: below is true by z33k-Australia:

For 2 MCS simulations: it is straight forward - Start with creating new m/c catalogue - and follow the wizard.& then create Delivery Group.
For 2 simulations of Scope/Roles Administration: Go to Configuration->Administrators->go to roles and choose the proper roles......
For StoreFront sims: create new store and follow the Wizard- at each look to the question and answer it on wizard creation screen.
All in all - a home lab scenario will definitely help.

Valid in Saudi on Feb 18th, 2015. Sims were 2 for rights mgmt, 2 for MCS, 2 for PVS, and 1 for SF.

Dump is almost good.. I reviewed it against Citrix Documentation.. I took exam today, confirm simulations are ok and well explained by The_User.. read carefully, try the sim until your fine with them, reset to remove extra clicks and repeat... final score was 91%

Some very poorly worded questions, which fail to specify the context under which to answer the question.

Some questions have multiple possible answers where only 2 are required.

Some questions simply have the wrong answers, eg:

Q3 - wrong subnet mask would partially work, but not for all devices. Wrong subnet would fail in all scenarios.

Q2 - hiding folders aka security by obfuscation is not considered real security - locking down permissions to individual users preferable. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_through_obscurity)

Q17 - SQL mirroring was introduced in SQL 2005 SP1.

PASS 18/9 67%. Spain. Newly the certification with 2 parts, the first 7 practical questions Xendesktop/Provisiong and the second 54 theorical questions.

For the simulations, I have very little experience with PVS / MCS and did fine. Use common sense and take your time to make sure you've ticked through the scenario requirements.

I don't know who told the guy below that the sims count for 50% but I don't think thats the case.

Sims are counted for 50% this exam. My recommendation is hands on experience will help you out. Take your time and read through the sims carefully. Then you will be ok. Q&A's no changes.

Something is definitely wrong with that exam. I passed with only 70 percent. But i don't know what I've done wrong. The Sims aren't very difficult.

I guess the same thing Mehdi...I did not pass on August 5 th. I was shocked when I receive my score with 65%. I have no doubts that my score is wrong because I did all the simulation labs without difficulty and I believe that 90% of my 57 multiple choice were correct. I'll try again next week in a different Test Center. Call Citrix and explain your situation about it. In my opinion is a Vue's problem when calculating the score.

Hi everyone, is it possible that 1Y0-300 had a bug when calculating a score?
I took this exam two times with all correcting answers from the comments. I got 63% and 64 %.
I did all the simulation taken in the first exam in my servers, I test everything before going to take the second but it was not sufficient.
Can someone advise on that case?

Took the exam today and scored 98% just using JUDY's vce file. The 7 sims in the exam don't count towards the final score either so its the same as in the 1Y0-200 exam.

7 simulations and 57 MCQs, it is still valid, passed on July 10, 2014.

Dumps do not have simulation questions, and not sure if simulations are graded or not. However, please do have some hands on for simulation questions.

According to citrix ;The 300 exam is a 64-question exam written in English. The exam consists of 57 multiple choice items and 7 simulation items. Some items on this exam are unscored. Does any of you know which of the quations are unscored? I know that 1Y0-200 the simulations don't count....

Passed with high 90's score. Dump is valid but I did not get 100% so I can't say for certain that EVERY answer is correct but then I might have selected a different answer to the dump on a couple questions which are mentioned by papaye972 below.
The simulations mentioned below are 100% accurate. If you have attended the Citrix training or have built a XenDesktop and PVS before you will have no problems. The exam very clearly outlines each option you need to make so even if you don't have much experience you should be able to muddle your way through the sims.

The 7 simulations are very easy if you have some experience.

Simulation1:
Configure specific role in Citrix Studio (DesktopDirector full access, delivery group acces to enable/disable apps/desktops, enable/disable maintenance mode of desktops/apps,...).
Create new administrator-group and add new custom role.

Simulation2:
Configure specific role, scope and add to new adminGroup in Citrix Studio (like above).

Simulation 3:
Create 10 dedicated personal Desktops in CitrixStudio with MCS and publish apps for some specific user group.

Simulation 4:
Create pooled personal machines in CitrixStudio with MCS and publish apps for some specific user group.

2 about PVS, 2 about user rights, 2 about machine catalogs, and 1 about store front.

If you have in field experience it should be easy.

I only got 1 new question and I forgot what it was.

I passed with 94%. It is valid but i do advice to learn cause if you fail on 7 simulations it wil obviously influence your score.

Slayer is right. You start with 7 simulations and you think the simulations are hard when you do the exam. After all and completing the exam it was not that hard. Score 96%

7 simulations and 57 multiple choice questions. Multiple choice all from this dump. Simulations were about creating desktop catalogs and delivery groups, some provisioning server and one storefront question. Easy enough if you've done it before.

File is valid, but does not include simulations.
