What's the purpose of the address internet protocol 192.256.512.1024? I got that question yesterday!
PLEASE help me.Is this dump still valid?
None of these dumps will help you pass the test. I passed the test with a 8xx/900 with only two hours of study. My CCNA/CISSP knowledge help me crush this test. There were 5 simulations and they were pretty simple. The hardest one can be through the use of CIDR. Understand how to break up an address and assigning blocks of IPs depending on the size requirements per department. Another, you have to match the cables ends and another was based on changing an IP so other cpus can talk to the server. THE VCEs are valid for INFORMATIONAL STUDY. So, if your missing them really bad… the test will be the same way. If your killing about 75 percent of the questions (not through memorization), you will pass.
Took the exam on 2/16 and passed with a score of 849/900. I did not use any brain dumps (don't trust them!). However, examcollection.com is very useful in finding out what sims to expect. I used Prof. Messer's videos, his study guide (best $10 I ever spent on anything education related!), CompTia exam objectives and a variety of practice question mobile apps (believe it or not, some of these are very useful!). Here are the sims I got:
1)3 AP's, need to configure AP 2. Make sure you select a non-overlapping channel.
2)Match hardware tools with description.
3)Sim with a router, switch, hub and access point-does the device have multiple/single collision/broadcast domains?
4)4 PCs, use ping to determine which ones cannot connect to the server and why (on my exam two of them were able to connect, one needed subnet mask changed and the other needed default gateway changed).
5)Match the correct cable types with two server racks (devices included PC, server, switches)
Suprisingly, I did NOT get the subnetting/CIDR sim, which is what I studied for most! Also did not get the sim dealing with antenna types. Nevertheless, review all sims mentioned on this site, use a variety of resources in your study and you should do just fine.
please guys, i'm looking for the french verion of the network + course and the ppt. thanks for your help.
l took this exam yesterday and passed with 8xx. all you have to do is to study your material thoroughly notably the CIDR cause l couldn't understand this simm which was given an IP address of 172.14.34.23/24 and several subnets which you have to allocate IP addresses from that given IP. As an additional preparation you can use these dumbs for an overview of multiple choice questions but you may find very few questions from them. However, most of the simms are exactly the same as they are being explained here by 'Shudu' except the one l mentioned above. l advise you guys to read all these comments as your road map to pass the certification
This dump is no longer valid,i failed with 680 yesterday 11/01/2014 SA Limpopo polokwane
This dump is no longer valid,i failed with 680 yesterday 11/01/2014 SA Limpopo polokwane
Hi Guys n Girls.
My Visual Cert Exam suite is obsolete, Can anyone help with the latest version. thnx
This dump and sims are Not valid.
I took the exam today. All questions and sims were different.
Guyz this dump is absolute 100% valid in SA. I wrote my exam today 8/7/2014, and passed with a good 827. Just make sure u read and understand each question and answer then u will make it. They only added 2 sims on the one's that we got here. Good lucky...
this is a guaranteed pass.tried and tested
Took Net + and scored 8XX...The test goes like this, 8 simulation questions right off the bat (the dumps didn't even have ONE of the sims, pitiful), then the rest MC. Total of 86 questions.
I'll give it to you straight: These dumps only have maybe , MAYBE 10 or 15 questions out of the 86. These dumps are OLD and NOT valid. I even payed $100 for L2P...OLD and NOT VALID.
My advice, read all Professor Messer free study stuff. Know your CIDR. For two weeks and use these dumps as practice. You'll pass, and you'll be glad you listened to me. These dumps need to be updated, OLD. Promise.
Plz someone should tell me,can i study only these dump to pass the N+ Exams...plz i need a reply now.
Passed with 8 xx dump is still valued at least 50 questions plus sims from this
Passed today using professor Messer and mike Meyers videos. Passed with 8 xx dump is still valued
As of may 30th, 2014 this dump is no longer valid. At least not where I took my exam in Charleston, SC. There were MAYBE 10 questions on the exam that were in this dump and NONE of the sims. DO NOT rely solely on this dump like I did. Thankfully I still passed with a 783, but this dump alone will not get you there.
Just Passed 800+ !! - Dump is valid, 95% or
questions / 2 out of 8 sims are on the dump. the
rest is crazy hard without OJT.
Passed NET+ this week with ease....scored well over 800. This cram is still valid and almost word for word. There are some new sims but if you use this cram and the sims from Dedulas (all the way at the bottom of the VCE selection) you will do great. On to SEC+.
Thanks for the cram Ruth.
Passed today with over 800. All the questions I had studied from Dedulas, Ruth, Anon and Pappu (thanks to all) were on this exam. However 4 new sims that I hadn't seen before. As long as you study for it and know your cables, wifi aerials and OSI layer you should be fine.
Dump valid passed today with 861 no new questions
passed today with 8xx. Valid dump. got sim about wiring straight through cable so practice sims. Thanks
are there sims I can study on this dump
Passed 803, This dump is 98% beside Ebooks, just cram this dump and write as soon asap!!!!
Sims were 6
These are the simulations I came across: 1, Joining 2 Buildings with the most secure Wi-Fi and right antennas, choose left facing parabolic antenna and right facing parabolic antenna, security choose WPA-CCMP for both APs. Inside the building choose right facing directional antenna, Omni-directional and left facing directional antenna, set the security for all 3APs to open.
Simulation 2, they ask which tool was used to create test results, it’s a cable certifier, it’s incorrectly crimped.
Simulation 3, crimp RJ-45 T658B Standard, drag the cables starting with Orange White, Orange, Green White, Blue, Blue White, Green, Brown White, Brown.
Simulation 4, There are 3 APs and the 2nd one has just been replaced and you need to change the channel to 6 so it doesn't overlap with the other 2, also change Speed to 100 and Duplex to Full, finally change the Mode to G.
Simulation 5: 4PCs are joined to the gateways and servers but some of them are not connecting to the servers, PC1 and 2 were working because I could ping the servers so it was only PC3 and 4 that were not connecting. PC3 I just changed the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 because it was a /24 IP address, PC4 only changed the gateway, that’s all.
Simulation 4, they asked how many collision domains and broadcast domains does a router, switch, AP and Hub have.
Simulation 5, connect 2 Buildings that are 3km apart, make sure you select a single mode fibre, then you have to connect a PC, server to the patch panel and switch and also auto mdix is disabled: Here is the secret of mastering it, remember that when you connect devices on the same OSI model you use a cross-over cable, devices on different OSI models use a straight-through cable. So PC and Servers are layer 3, router layer 3, switch layer 2, patch panel layer 1.
Simulation 6: Workstations are unable to access the internet after a recent power outage. There are 3 switches joint together, just de-activate a cable that connect switch one to switch 3 and that will stop a switching loop, that’s all the changes you need to make, don't touch anything else.
took exam today, passed with 865 dump still good!!!
Can any one validate this dump for Dubai ?
Dump valid i was able to only memorize about 300 question The test was a beast but if you memorize all the questions and SIMs you will be fine
Passed today with an 856. New York City. This dump is so valid! I think there were like 15 questions that aren't on this dump but I still understood the questions. I also read the CompTIA Exam Cram, the whole book. I took all the cram quizzes. The sims mentioned below are accurate as well. I also read from another book when I wanted a more clear description. Also watched some Professor Messer Net+ study group videos. Know your ports, 802.11a/b/g/n, hardware tools, just be sure you understand it in case the bank changes. Good luck everyone!!
Passed with 869. Study this.
This dump is 85-90% percent valid with the help from the Dulula Sims i Mnaged to Nail it on the 04 April 2014
THIS IS STILL VALID!! Passed today, prob 85% accurate word for word
2 new SIMS though
Ruth you are a star, wrote on the 29/03/2014 and passed with 842. Thank you very much to Mthoe Andy & JohnDoe for the help with the Sims, all that you guys explained came out exactly.

passed with 881 today. still valid. i read materials too so be prepared for the unexpected. thanks ruth
passed with 890 on 27/03/2014. this dump is 80% valid, i have also used this dumps pearl,terri,marie51 pointing and dedulas, they are like ruth's dump but they have filtered the questions and added some few news one that i came acroos a the exam and they have small amount of questions which will make it easy to study them. use dedula's dump to practice the sims. i got seven sims. look at Mthoe Andy's comment on dis dump, about the sims, he explained them better and i got them in the exam. thanx ruth. and Mthoe Andy for your comment, you were 100% right about the sims. thanxs.
Passed the exam an hour ago, scored a 848. A few new questions but word for word on 90% of exam. Sims are pretty difficult so study them a lot.
This dump is vald! Only studied this scored a 820!
Are these questions the same for JKO-019? I'm taking the test in a week or so and don't want to study the wrong questions!
I wrote yesterday and got 812, I got 7 simulation. Thanx Ruth. SA tHIS IS 100% VALID. YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!
this is still valid..wrote last thursday...thanks ruth!
I wrote today and scored 842:), thanks to thses dumpz,if u study and use the dumpz u'll pass for sure
This dump is 100% valid, took my exam yesterday (10/03/2014) and got 895. Everything was word for word, no changes or tweaks.

That's all the simulations that I remember, I hope it helps. Make sure you study and read comments from the dumps on this site, the people here are so helpful and thanks to everyone who posted their sims, it really helped me.
Just passed today with an 873. There were only around 3 questions which I had not seen on this dump. Other than that they were all word for word pretty much. The first 9 questions were simulations. Two of them I had not seen on the dump.
Just passed today with an 873. There were only around 3 questions which I had not seen on this dump. Other than that they were all word for word pretty much. The first 9 questions were simulations. Two of them I had not seen on the dump.
In one of them it gave a scenario where a company just purchased another building down the road and needed to access it wirelessly from the main building. There were 3 AP's in the main building. The signal was not supposed to leak outside the building. You had to choose the antenna type and encryption. They wanted visitors in the main building to connect without a problem.
I chose right directional for the left most AP so that the signal only pointed inward. Omnidirectional for the middle AP, and left directional for the right most AP so the signal would point inward. Open encryption for them because visitors needed easy access.
I chose parabolic right (14dbi) to point to the outside building (to the right) and left parbolic from the add on building back to main. I used WPA2 with CCMP. I believe I got it right.
There was a simulation to put the wires of a 568B ethernet cable into the right pins inside the connector, drag n drop. Also a simulation where some clients could not communicate with some servers.
One of the clients had the wrong gateway. I corrected it and then verified with the command line to ping the servers. It worked.
Score884.. I just passed today 06/03/14 in south Africa.. this dump is about 95% valid. 5- new questions.. Some sims are not in this dump bt they not bad! Drop ur email il send u the breakdown of sims.. Thanx ruth and thank you all guys.
Just took the test today studying from this dump alone. Scored an 845. I was in a class in Jersey for this test 34 out of 35 passed with flying colors. The questions are spot on maybe about 5-7 that were not on the test. The sims some were very challenging but the ones listed here in the reviews are all the same. Plus one about networking tools like crimpers, Cable Certifier matching type of question. Literally I do not know how much they count because most people in the testing center literally said they guessed or even skipped majority and still passed with at least an 800. Good luck but this dump is still on the money, 95% accurate at least.
95% Valid with some different wording and the rest is word for word
sims are pretty easy
pay attention in the WAPs sim The encryption is applied on them because it states that the WAPs need to be available for Visitors without any configuration
82 questions including simulations
thanks a lot guys for the feed back
pretty sure the explanation for E17 is wrong though the answer would appear correct.
F34 may also be incorrect. SSH would be the most secure LAN accessible method but direct access only via the console cable is more secure, so does the answer CONSOLE ACCESS mean direct access via a console cable?
I think the answer to Exam C Q 29 is slightly wrong
the question states a /24 IP address which would be a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 yes the answer supplied shows a subnet of 255.255.255.240 which is a /28
have a question. Exam C Q 30
the answer says you must connect the first port to last port on each switch.
I was under the impression that on modern switches there is no dedicated port for daisy chaining.
so should the answer just be a case of dropping one/disabling one port to prevent looping?
100% valid!! I passed on 2/21 with an 852. First 8 questions were simulations.
100% Valid I pass today 890
OK, wait... I pulled this from a book.
1000BASE-LX MMF/SMF 1 Gbps/1 Gbps 5 km
I'm a little confused. I seem to find different answers from the book, videos and different websites. I guess MMF and LX will work for the answer.
I have researched the question about connecting the two switches together. If the switches are 5km away then it seems the correct answer would be a Single Mode Fiber with an LX connection. The Multitude Fiber has a limitation of 300m. See below. Thoughts?
100Base-SX* 100 Multi-mode: 850 nm; 50/125μm or 62.5/125μm 300 m
100Base-LX 100 Single-mode: 131
0nm, 1550nm, 9/125μm 100 km
It is great, I passed the exam this morning and 95% from this dump, I prefer everyone like to take the exam do this first.
Thank you very much. for how is post this questions.
100% Valid I passed yesterday 890. To connect Two racks you need to connect all with green Cat6 cable because in question is stated that its cat6 patch panel. And then you need to connect two switches that are 5km(not 3km) away and above the cable was written something like 62,5mm fiber. And default there is SX multimode fiber. And i changed SX to LX. I don't know if its right but i got 890 score so maybie. Then there are 4 PCs that can not connect to servers . You need to change on PC that is in right-bottom corner default gateway and then pc which is on the top-left corner SubnetMask.
Dump 100% valid, passed today. Every single question I had is in this dump.
Sims I had from dump: cable cerifier/wrong crimped cable; configuring new AP2 - change channel to 6 (in this dump it says 'change to 11' but AP1 is ch1 and AP3 is ch11 so I believe middle one has to be ch6 plus change duplex to full and speed to 100 (same settings as AP1 and 3). Other sims not in dump: setting up wireless antennas in the building and connecting two buildings - from left: 5dbi left, 5dbi omni, 5dbi right and open security on all, then right parabolic and left parabolic both with WPA2-CCMP.
Configuring cables between two switches, two routers, PC and server. I believe straight cat 5 to the PC, cat 6 cross between routers and switches and to the server straight cat6, but didnt know what fiber to choose to connect two routers 3km distance - you have single mode (which I've chosen) and 62,5 but it's multimode I pressume. Plus some connections to be chosen: FX,SX,LX or something like that, I think it should be LX for single mode fiber but I'm nut sure about this question at all. Good luck!
Passed today. 874/900. Every question I had I had seen before thanks to this dump.
im gonna try this dump, hope it helps
Passed on 2/10/14 869/900. Only had 2 or 3 questions that weren't on this dump. I did have 1 subnetting simulation that I hadn't seen yet, which was no problem if you know your subnetting.
Passed 876/900. Dump is 100% valid, I used prof Messer videos, CBT Nuggets, exam cram, and only this dump.
Just passed. This dump is valid.
Just Passed 800+ !! - Dump is valid, 95% or questions / 2 out of 8 sims are on the dump. the rest is crazy hard without OJT.
2-2-2014, this dump is still valid.
This dumb is still HOT, im pass this exam this week, 2 new very silly new questions but stady this dumb for test your self and prepare for test! Score 870 + / 900
Passed N10-005 exam today. This dump is 100% valid all the sims in this dump was asked in the exam, except one new dump which was very easy
Hello. I am able to use the .vce files to study but I am wondering how are you guys practicing the SIMS or are you just posting what you remember about them from the exam? Thanks
valid dump,passed yesterday 846
Just took this exam an hour ago and scored a 874 of 900. this is a legit dump. Had 4 sims, of which I had seen 3 of them before but 4th was very easy.
Took this exam about an hour ago. Got a 876 out of 900. This dump is legit. Every question I got was in this dump.
Just passed with flying colors thanks to this dump. Had three simulations that weren't on it but easy enough to figure out, and the sim about the incorrectly crimped cable had a continuation asking you to arrange the colored wires. I didn't see any regular questions that weren't from this file.
this dump is 100% valid in south africa.thank you very much ruth.
i wrote the exam today..15.01.2014,i got 851.study hard and you will pass easily.
Took N10-005 today, 1/14/14. This is still valid. There are a few simulations that are not in this that are on the test but most/all of the question and the simulations provided were.
Is this a valid dump
Took both Net and Sec + exams today and Passed, the Net exam was very valid to this and the other 587question study dumps, also if you know concepts sec+ wont be that challenging for the sims they were as in this dump for the 3switch dump just turn off the link between router 2&3 the antennas in office from left to right is 5.right middle is in omni and 3rd is 5left with no encryption then the 14 and ccmp right and 14 and ccmp left. other ones were 568b standards and i can't quite remember the other but there were 4... Sec + was a monster know the concepts and study hard some of the dumps were beneficial but not valid... 889 Net+ and 776 Sec+ Thanks and CCNA here I come...
