You can get the Certificate through email for that you need to fill the form available at URL :http://www.exin-exams.org/about-exin/contact-us.aspx and mention your Name, Prometric/Pearson ID and date on which you cleared the exam.Ask them to send you the softcopy as you have not recieved the Hard copy..

I am not aware how do you apply for the certificate after the exam.
Local agency says it will be sent in hard copy to your home address as per your profile information, but when I wrote to pearson vue, they told they do not provide certificate in hard copy neither via email.

I am also confused.
It would be nice if anyone have more experience to share it here.

about 28/40 came from the dump. i suggest you study well to pass the exam. dont memorize the answers undertand them as they are not verbatim. passed the exam today this dump + expirience + little reading. Understand very well the 5 services of v3 and you will surely get a high score.

This dump is valid. Took the test and had about 80% of the questions from here. Got 38/40 with this dump and self-study.
The combination of the most recent dumps in here in addition to proper learning should easily allow one to pass the exam.

I used only dis dumps yesterday (16/10/10) in India and i score 85/100. D dumps is still valid. Tho there are unfamiliar questions but dis material will help u very much. Don't just clam d answers but know y some answers were correct. Best of luck.

many of the questions in this dump are in the exam verbatim, but some have been slightly altered. There were also 9 or 10 new questions.

It is still valid in Japan. I passed the exam today. But only about 20 questions are from the Dump

2) Guys it's the full version, just import the registry file. To import the registry file, double click zwt.reg
3) Enjoy!!! u will see al questions :)

How do you open the dump ? Downloaded Visual CertExam Suite and it lets me see 5 questions only..

Thanks to whoever uploaded this ..I took the itilv3 foundation test today.. and the dump is valid. I believe over half of the questions from this dump were in my test.. and the rest were straight forward enough (you either know it or you dont)

Therefore, as mentioned by others, you still need to study the official itil v3 study guide at least twice to familiarise yourself with all the concepts. Studying the guide coupled with practising these questions will definitely guarantee you a pass mark.

@ K .. you dont need to have any training with exin.. you can book the test by yourself and study for the exam yourself.. It took me 2 weeks to prepare for the test. build your confidence by practising the test questions, once you are satisfied with your performance, you are good to go.. All the best

Dump is still valid...scored 90% ..gave exam on the 6th Oct..but make sure ur concepts are clear..there where 10 to 12 new questions.but quite easy if u have read the book ITIL v3 foundation Study Guide even once.Cheers

Today I took the ITIL v3 exam in INDIA. Luckily I got 80%. But please don't depend on this dump fully. Half of the questions are out of this dump.

If you need this cert for your work like I do then check out. EX0-101.v2009-10-26.by.Adam.187q.vce this one could be a great dump but I used the Adam dump and scored in the mid 80's. Most all questions were in the dumb some were reworded and the answers were different letters. If you study Adams dump alone you will pass in the mid 80's. Took the test in the beginning of October and scored in the mid 80's using only this dump to study, taken in Asia. Good luck..

just took the paper test of 101 today..my advice is just study the dumbs cos very few question came out and most of them where rephrased. not too hard though & i will recommend proper studying ITIL books. Cheers

Passed exam today with 97 marks. used taru , official study guide & dumps (190 & 269). I had 10 new quiz. So better go through the notes & face the exam. Some dump quiz answers are modified in the exam. So you have to have better understanding even about dumps quiz.

I have taken ITIL V3 foundation certification today and got 90% score.

Study Plan to pass the exam:
1- Read the ITIL V3 foundation study guide at least 2 times.
2- Give exam on simulator with this file and review your result.
3- Give again same exam to get the confidence.
4- Review the study guide once again
5- Appear in the exam and pass it with good score.
