passed this morning with only this dump but never try using only this dump, else you might fail try using other dumps from this website. questions were very tricky. the most important thing to do is to understand the whole concept of ITIL and you will pass

This dump is 60% valid in Uk. New question were introduced and changing this dump qs so be carfull. any thanks jenny just got through.

So can you guys shed some light? I thought that these dumps are made of 40 questions. However I noticed that all the dumps have over 160 questions. So does one have to go through all these in order pass this exam?

Passed with 90% today..thanks to abram, jenny, and chennaiboy..2-3 new questions in exam.

Prepared and also gone through these dumps :) but there are some ambigious/wrong answers in these dumps.However its a great effort/contribution to collect and prepare dumps.thanks for all.

This Valid Dump, I passed with 90% in Chennai, Only 1 or 2 questions are out of this dump, but they are Pretty Easy! 2 Question were Given in wrong in the Question paper it self , One Among them is Which life cycle is more concerned with Defining Policies- answer Could be Service strategy but that option is missing so I had to choose some thing else.

Dumps are really helpful, today I have completed ITIL v3.0 with 90% score, most questions are from Jenny's dump except few new questions, if you read the ITIL process in detail that is not big deal

Took the exam on 11/10/11 and passed with a good scrore. I can confirm about only 50% of questions from Jenny, Chennai, Javed and Abram. However I have just had a look at the new file from USM and I can see a lot of the questions I had on the exam which I hadn't seen before. I would suggest using Jenny, Javed, Chennai and the new USM!

I took the exam today. Surprise to notice that most questions have been changed.
I studied Jenny, Abram and Chennai Boy's dumps. About only 50% questions are come from there. I have a very hard time during the exam.
I dont know how about others.

I passed today with 95%. Dumps are valid in India. But don't expect same questions and options. Understand the concept and practice the dumps, you can clear the exam easily.

This dump is valid in EU. I studied only Jenny's - there were many new questions in the exam, but on the same basis (similar). So if you know the basic idea of ITIL Jenn's dump is enough to read through .

Took the exam on Sept 30 -Pearson Vue, GOT 97%. The dumps are valid 100%. I just took the whole videos of marco cattaneo and jenny, abram and chennaiboy dumps! Thanks again to Jenny-Abram and Chennaiboy for their hardwork!

Just passed ITIL V3 with 83%. Thanks to Jenny and abram. however, please update the dumps with the new questions if u can bcos abt half of the exam questions are new though in line with Jenny and Abram's dumps.

I passed ITIL today with 85% marks. I red this dump and ITIL V3 study guide. There were 8-9 new questions and 9-10 questions were not as similar as in dump(twist), almost 20 questions are as same as in this dump. So if you have read this dump entirely then those are not tough at all..Pass for sure. :)

valid 100% all questions from this dump I got 82%, no need to study other dumps. there r 3 - 4 new questions only on this dump. cuz there r arround 280-300 Qs maybe u will not remember them all in the exam. so study hard

Passed this week in EMEA - no problems with this dump bar the duplicate questions within - 90% valid - Recommended!!!

Passed yesterday 9/18/2011.The dumps are valid. I read Jenny/abraham/chennai and Javed. in some dumps only very few questions need to be corrected for correct answers. especially in chennai dump there are very few wrong answers.just be careful. opt for answers from other dumps if questions are same.but over all the dumps are valid and are good enough to
clear the exam , atleast for now i think.

Studied Jenny Only. About 30 questions were from this set of Qs. 10 were new to me but fairly easy to answer. Passed with 95% in approx 9 minutes.

Studed CBT, Glossary and The Art of Service.

Passed. 80/100

@ Pearson Vue

About 11 questions that were not in the dump. Some of them were easy to respond, others were difficult because you have to select: one, or two, all of them, neither of them.

All dumps are valid 100%. If you get new questions is because the amount of different questions in all the dumps. It's very possible you don't remember all at once. Dumps from cheinaboy, jenny, abraham, frankie, etc are all almost the same.

Sorry guys I have to say that Jenny, Chennay Boy and Abraham's exam is 50% valid. Today I did the test and I could see almost 18 new questions. You can still using those tests as a complement but I repeat those tests are no longer valid, please read the manual this is the advice I can give to you.
