Hi All, this dump is still valid, i gave the exam yesterday(23-10-10) and got cleared with 85%, 6 question were out of the dump. but if your concepts are clear than easy to take.

Hey folks. I took this test to beef up the Resume. Took it last week in Asia and passed with an 85. Only studied this dump and I would say that 90% of the questions were on this dump. This is all the study material you will need to pass. The questions are worded a little different and the answers are a little different. However, if you can remember this dump then you will have no problems passing the test. Good Luck

I passed the exam yesterday in Germany with 95%. About 10-15 questions were not from this or any of the other dumps here. The remainder was though, if also with slightly changed wording etc. It may just suffice to use this dump here, but I strongly advise to study the course material too. Also check Youtube for training videos by a guy called Marco Cattaneo from Charles Sturt university. Search for csi itil v3 and you will come across some 150 videos explaining and outlining nearly all of the lifecycle, processes and functions. Very good indeed. Good luck..

Took the exam y'day 10/09/2010 at a Prometric Centre in India.I did have around 10 questions that were out of this Dump though, around 27-30 odd questions came from this dump.Managed to pass with 85%.Check out the other dump from Karthik's that has 120 odd questions could be useful.

@ Creeping: i have already booked a flight and accommodation for CPT and i could try and change it to JHB but getting to the venue that site will be a challenge for me as i don't know Midrand. I'm also not familiar with Durban.

I have the ITIL V3 book so maybe i will have to study it as well and also make sure i know the dumps, its unfortunate that i am not gonna be able to do online this time it would have been a guaranteed pass.

anyone who used this dump to prepare for a paper based exam, the company i'm using in Cape Town cannot offer an online exam at this stage as they don't have the facilities yet, so they are using the Paper based method at the moment.
i know the setup is the same, but it will be better to know if the online exam and the paper based exam are one and the same thing.

Took the exam today and passed with 92 percent. Only 5 or 6 questions were NOT from this dump and those were quite straight forward.

I mean I got 33 questions from this dump in exam, 7 questions are out of scope from this dump or I can say 7 New questions. Just prepare only this dump, it is sufficient to clear a ITIL V3 foundation Exam(100% sure for India) Not sure in other countries.

Bloody Hell. All these are false claims. Only a few questions are from the dump. I passed only bcoz I had working knowledge over the processes. Why are u doing this. What do u gain from this? These forums are supposed to help others.

This dump is obsolete, I passed with 70% And that's only because I studied before the dump.
I remember 3-4 questions that were the same from the Exam to the Dump. That's it.
