What kind of console cable for these 3COM switches? Pinout included

I picked up a pair of 3COM SuperStack III 4400 SE 24-port 10/100 switches for free. I have no idea about their current configuration. I want to get a console cable to gain access to the CLI and try to reset the configurations back to default, and then just mess with them, build a test lab...

Recommend a good, comfortable headset for <=100$

Audio-Technica ATH-A500, hands down. No contest. Go to head-fi.org/forums if you would like to discuss it further. The MDR-V6 sucks, also, go to head-fi if you would like to discuss that. You can pick up a zalman clip on mic for about $6.

Why is it people complain about 60hz monitors?

Back when I had a CRT, anything under 85hz was unbareable. Now I have a LCD and refresh rates are a thing of the past.

L2000C impressions

I have one too, great monitor but I am pissed because it seems I am the only one witha stuck pixel. Not only that, but the flickering video I tried created ANOTHER stuck pixel. As you can imagine, I'm not pleased about that.
