My 7-8 year old Silencer 610w still works flawlessly ;)
Is there any company thats equal to the quality of the older PC P&C ? I just purchased a 290x and I know my 610w will struggle with this, but I'm not sure where to look as far a comparable PSU.
Glad I seen this post. I'm in the market for a new PSU after my old PC Power & Cooling 610w does not have enough juice for my new 290x setup (Still works great though !)
I was considering Corsair, as I never had an issue with their RAM modules ... but I'll skip right over them now in my PSU hunt ;)

I never knew manufacturers sell directly to a certain store ? For instance Walmart, so Sony sends PS3 units to each Walmat, and if any get returned as being DOA, individual Walmart stores send back each unit directly to Sony ?

In that case, everything on a peer to peer is illegal. Why can't the Feds or the Gov shut them all down ?
I can't think of one thing..movie, cd, song or book availble on a peer to peer that would be legal.
