ASP.NET 1.1 host recommendations

I am in need of a decent ASP.NET 1.1 host for an old website. The current host is getting out of the business, and I'm not interested in upgrading to a newer ASP.NET version or replacing the website at this time. I'll just need <200mb of space and a single SQL server.

Most accurate screen on a laptop for under $550

I know someone looking for a sub $550 laptop to do photo editing. Obviously one of the most (if not the most) important requirements is that it have an accurate display. I know this is hard to come by on a sub $550 laptop, but the budget is hard fixed. Any recommendations? Thanks!

UDP saturation, TCP effection question

If a router is sending UDP syslog packets over an MPLS WAN at such a rate that 100% of the bandwidth is being used, how much effect will this have on TCP traffic? I'm not sure to what extent backpressure, RED, or ECN are used.

I saw the sticky, but that topic was pure BYOD. This is more in the realm of personal devices for personal use, and bandwidth filtering specifically. I probably should have had a better subject name.

Thanks! What do you throttle your bandwidth to, and how fast is the internet? I'm trying to get an idea of what a "reasonable" limited speed is. Also, is this a per user limit, or is it for all guest users combined?

Good strength. Not sure about quality. That's why I'm wondering if one AP could cause bad quality for the other. The laptop connected was maybe 30 feet away through one wall.

Each AP has it's own SSID, and they are the only two AP's with those SSID's. I had them up for testing and noticed that I would disconnect from one of them occasionally, even when I had good signal.
