Well, I guess I'll be getting a regular outlet to replace the GFCI in this case then. Good to know that the wiring isn't potentially dangerous though. Thanks for the help guys!

There is no way to 'go back' to an older operating system. What you need to do is move your files off of the Vista partition, reformat that partition, and then install Windows XP on it. If moving the files means putting them on another hard drive, another partition, or on a CD, it doesn't...
