Company of Heroes $16.99 after PM at CC Super Hot

I took my BB ad for Company of Heroes to CC and they PM'd it. I also got the 10% of the difference which was $3 on the $30 difference. Incidentally the BB ad say COH PC CD version. Circuit City will PM to the PC DVD version because it also is $19.99 at BB. This is a geat deal.

My Evga GTX defaults to 415/1200

I have check the default speeds using both coolbits and RivaTuner and both programs report the default #D speed as 415 core and 1200 memory. This card should be factory clocked at 450 core. Anyone experience this? I have emailed Evga for an explanation. Otherwise I'm RMAing it.
