I think that's the issue though - you aren't taking a physical thing. Like on iTunes, you don't actually purchase the music, you purchase a license to play it.
Yeah I read it. Did you read the decision paper? It doesn't apply to the discussion of whether downloading songs on the internet is theft or copyright infringement.
By the way, downloading is usually torrents, so those people are distributing since you upload chunks of what you've downloaded...
That's a great point - they will increase the price they charge for GoT and their other programming, and we won't have to pay for a cable package to get it. Good trade off - bring it on baby.
