I would suggest to check out this page: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/articles/flicker_free_database.htm. I think you want to get a monitor without PWM. The page I referenced above has a link that explains what that is. Hope this helps.

Dell Computer Keyboard keys sticking

PS2 to USB Keyboard

I don't think you need a driver, I believe you need this adapter. Not all adapters are created equal. I have this combo and it works fine either directly connected or via USB KVM. I used it with old AT mechanical keyboard going into PS/2 adapter and then into this PS/2-to-USB one. -- Alex

EDIT: Reply to doanster What do you mean by the chipset drivers? I downloaded the chipset driver set from nVidia's site, and when I ran the install the only thing I installed were the network drivers. I installed the sound card drivers off the sound card's manufacturer site. Other than that...
