You're right, I was a dummy and added another 25mm on top for the fan, forgetting that the fan doesn't go on top of the TT.:o

OK, according to Newegg, the Ultra 120 is 160.5mm tall. In google, plug in "160.5mm to inches" 160.5mm to inches, and you get 6.3 inches, which is 7.5mm taller than the TT, so yes it should just fit. Edit because the forum butchered my google link. Edit2 because my 1 month old has me sleep...

Well, listed width for that case is 8 inches. Height of the TT with the fan is 7 inches. Not too much wiggle room there, but it should work. Personally, I'd look around for a slightly wider case.

Data recovery can run into the hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Google "hard drive data recovery" and you'll find a number of companies that can provide quotes.

Reploacing Hard Drive

Dell's support site may also help... Go to support.dell.com At Step 1 plug in your Service Tag (There's a finder utility, but make sure to use IE). At Step 2 choose "Original System Configuration". This may shed some light on what type of drive was shipped with the system.

who uses raid?

Actually, I would go for this Rosewill PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16817182010 Only 1 main 12V rail which is better for OC stability and less waste of 12V power. I second the vote on the Tuniq Tower, great air cooler. Not sure what to tell on the case....the one...

ASUS P5WDG2-WS PRO Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 975X ATX Server Motherboard

From what I've read, this is a pretty solid board. I assume you have need of the PCI-X slots for a RAID or SCSI controller..... You will definately need at least full ATX case. I would look for a case that can handle an Extended ATX board if you want a little wiggle room to work. BTW...

Need a P35 recommendation for a Q6600

I really hope you're right. I've got a pre-order in for a G0 Q6600. Because I want to do Crossfire and run an Areca RAID card, I'll need a board with at least 3 16x PCIe slots. (Since I'll likely never find a non-server mobo with an 8x slot.)

How would a 32-bit server OS play with mixed 32/64-bit clients?

I run a Server 2003 32-bit box, and had a XP 64-bit client on the network. No problems connecting, sharing files, joining the AD domain, etc.
