make sure you install the floppy cables correctly too. i always install them backward everytime i put a new system together. won't boot if its on backwards.
outpost has lots of bundle deals, they're all in the cpu section though (alot of times their hot deal section doesn't really give you the hottest deal). they vary from crap prices to good prices.
