How about the Asus M2N-E, a nice nForce 570 ultra chip. Now just to wait for the price-drop and getting an X2 3800+ for 160 euros. :)

I've read only half of this thread, but I agree with you. In the traffic people should generally chill out more. In the Netherlands we have more bikes than cars and it works fine because we go easy and don't have small streets. In a city, bikes rule. Faster and easier than cars :)

Looking to get my first LCD

LCD looks best in their native resolution, for most 19" LCDs that's 1280x1024. It works for me, and because my Hyundai L90D+ (8ms) has pivot, tilt and height adjustment, I can read Anand in 1024x1280, that's awesome I assure you. Get 19"LCD + pivot, it's worth it. Also working on text is great...

A64 Stock HSF just wont clamp on!

Mobo's always have a bios installed, no exception. Check everything. Btw, Socket A was pretty okay, just watch what you're doing.. :P Socket 754/939, easy..

How about this: Whatever the temps, is it stable? If it is, forget the temps. We all know the readings are very unreliable and uncomparable. Run Prime95, if that doesn't give errors after 10 hours, it's good. Temps...

In the Netherlands a gallon costs 6.57593 Dollars. (in Euro's: 5.07245). Cars are polluting, gas needs big taxes. Let's make sure our children also have a world to live in.

What will a front fan do for me?

I would go with one silent 120 outtake, one silent 80 mm intake. Good thing you have that filter. You PSU is also great: power and silence (you got Antec TP480 right?). Combined with zalman it should be good. I wouldn't go with 2x80mm because slight under pressure is not bad. Btw, I think...
