Any former PC gamers here switch to an XBox One X?

Is there any reason to buy a Steam controller if you have an Xbox for PC controller?

I have found that i'm best served having both. I have my gaming computer and 3 SteamLinks around the house at various HDTV's. The Steam Controller is not very good for gaming in my opinion and falls way short for comfort and feel compared to the XBOX One controller. But, without the Steam...

From everything I've experienced first hand, read in forums, and seen in videos... HTC Vive is the best choice for immersive VR experience. No brainer IMO. Really excited to get into Vertigo as my next VR experience.

Talk me out of getting an Oculus Rift from Best Buy.

I like the HTC Vive better. Prefer the more robust SteamVR tie in that the Vive offers and Room Scale that the Vive offers is the must have tech for VR IMO. I'd try both before I buy either, but if you can't do that, then get the Vive.

Man, i'm dying here. There's a problem with steamlink and AMD cards so I can't run the game. Pretty darn close to shoving in with an nVidia card, but with the 1080/1070 release so soon this is a no go. Holy Shnickies!

Sounds like i'm the exception, but i'm having major issues with getting the game to run. In home Steam Streaming appears to be bugged with AMD hardware. I'm also getting resolution, screen anamolies when putting my system directly to a 75" HDTV via HDMI. Damn, was so excited to dig in...

shower thoughts..Wendy's serves up kiosk as wages go up

Kiosks are a great thing. Do we really want to pick cotten for the rest of our lives? Wish we did better at dealing with distributing the gain of opportunity/freedom/time that the kiosk will bring.
