How do I overclock the MSI 831?

I am curious about overclocking my MSI 831 Geforce2 64MB Pro card. I am on a Windows 2000 machine. The package included a program called 3D Turbo 2000 which is supposed to allow me to change the bus frequencies etc.. but that does not appear to happen. I tried putting coolbits into the registry...
