Question Any equivalent to the old "Attention Mid-Range System Builders" thread?

I loved that thread. Built two systems off of the weekly suggestions. It was great for people who don't roam the labyrinth of CPUs, GPUs and which motherboard fits what. Is there any equivalent that provides a complete "best bang for the buck" parts list, here or anywhere? Talking about this...

I think I will stick with what I've got. I've found a used R9 380 from Powercolor for $170, is that a good deal?

Best gpu bang for the buck on my 4690K

Sorry for the vagueness. Looking at Kingdom Come: Deliverance, system requirements Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 660, AMD GPU Radeon HD 7870. I've got an older BENQ 241vw monitor. $200-$300? At some point, I might as well build from scratch I guess. I'm happy to spend less than that, btw. Thanks.

Best gpu bang for the buck on my 4690K

I'm currently running a I5 4690K with an Asus R9 280 (AMD), and was trying to figure out where to upgrade. What's the best bang for the buck gpu for this cpu? Or would it behoove me to build a new system entirely? I'm a noob, so the more specifics you can provide, the better. Thanks.

I constantly monitor the task manager and shut stuff down. Even though I'm on a beefy computer, I just can't help it.

EDIT: My mistake. He actually means to buy 32GB of RAM (so 4 of the 8GB sticks, above) and says he needs to run 4 monitors and do some 3D rendering. Sorry to change the parameters so dramatically. :thumbsup: Thanks for the input; here's his current setup according to siw.exe: Motherboard...
