hi, my comp uses a geforce 7600 video card. will this card function with a 24 inch monitor (TFT)? or do i need an upgrade? thx.

styrofoam is too thick, methinks. i wouldn't be able to find it thin enough to lay out as a "blanket".

If you wanted to insulate a mobo completely from the case floor, punching out the screw holes as the only contacts, what would you use as the material? I have used cardboard to insulate before, but I am looking for a thinner material. Would duct tape do? Plastic? Bottom line: What's the...

tft monitor question

when I just starting out with pc's about 10 years ago I was told that the monitor (CRT) had to be turned on either before or at the same time as pc startup to avoid damage. Then a couple of years later I was told that it didn't matter, and sure enough i run a server with a monitor (CRT) attached...

help with lin-lin and celeron1.3 please

Got it to boot with a different jumper config. Bios options are 1.3 -1.55v. I'll need to do some more experimenting.

Hi, I have a problem with this config. First of all the mobo is an asus cusl2, it boots fine with a tualatin celeron1.3ghz cpu and an upgradeware 370 tualatin adaptor. So the mobo, hard drive, video card, memory and keyboard are fine. Bios settings are for 1.5v and 100Mhz no overclock. Enter...
