Surge Protectors?

Thanks for a realistic, down to earth, reasonable response that makes sense, as if you weren't in an alternate reality on cloud 9. So despite the issue with the continual supply of power, which surge protector is actually better? Or, a better value (ie half price but slightly worse kinda deal)...

Is it hard to drain otherwise? Cant I just put like a cover over the bottom, some paper towel around, and just unscrew one of the port covers?

Do they make things easier, should I add one? Pretty straightforward. For more detail, I'm replacing the tubing on an H60 2013 & H110, the H110 will also have an added res. While they are supposed to be closed loops, you are still recommended to replace fluid every 1-2 years, which holds true...

hm, im looking into mayhem dyes, maybe pastel white + blue for a dark blue solid/pastel color with clear tubing. apparently it has anti-corossive in it.

Why do you say that? Someone recommended I use Swiftech Hydrx PM2, which says its an anti-corrossive and has petroleum sodium sulfonate, which I was told was an anti-corrossive. It's recommended by swiftech for use in the h220, which doesnt mix metals.
