    Surge Protectors?

Thanks for a realistic, down to earth, reasonable response that makes sense, as if you weren't in an alternate reality on cloud 9. So despite the issue with the continual supply of power, which surge protector is actually better? Or, a better value (ie half price but slightly worse kinda deal)...

    Surge Protectors?

Haven't bought anything yet. Yea, budget of ~$40. I use cable for internet. From what I've gathered, just get the cheapest whole house protector I can, and then maybe some cheapo utilitech surge protector for some low range protection as well as the insurance. The Tripplite Isobars are also...

    Should I add a T-Line?

Well I'm not too worried about draining, I'll have enough slack to pull the res out enough of the case to put it in something. I have concerns about filling/bleeding my system though as I propose it. First, how do I fill it. Can I just unscrew the top (rotary fitting there) and just pour in...

    Should I add a T-Line?

Is it hard to drain otherwise? Cant I just put like a cover over the bottom, some paper towel around, and just unscrew one of the port covers?

    Should I add a T-Line?

Well, I plan to use a top inlet, so the point of the reservoir is kind of lost, utility wise.

    Best 120mm Liquid Cooler

All 3 CLCs you list in the OP will perform identically, just get which is cheapest. CLCs and heatsinks are all the sane, its all about performance/price. In many cases, like the antec and thermaltake, its literally the exact same asetek rebranded CLC. To judge heatsinks you really just go by...

Arctic MX-4 vs Antec Formula 7 Thermal Compound

They are both mediocre, outdated pastes. The best ceramique right now is Hegrease, you can find a $3 1g tube on frozencpu, which is basically a lifetime supply when used right. But you should really invest in some Coolaboratory liquid ultra, you can find it for about $12 on ebay or a site like...

    Should I add a T-Line?

Do they make things easier, should I add one? Pretty straightforward. For more detail, I'm replacing the tubing on an H60 2013 & H110, the H110 will also have an added res. While they are supposed to be closed loops, you are still recommended to replace fluid every 1-2 years, which holds true...

    Surge Protectors?

Because I still want to see replies from people about their experiences with different whole house protectors, I want to know which whole house protector is best for the money, and I want to hear actual stories of people filing liability claims on surge protectors and whole house protectors...

    Changing Tubing on H60 2013 and H110?

    I'm going to buy these I think for my replace-tubing of H60 2013/H110 http://www.frozencpu.com/products/15179/ex-tub-1171/Alphacool_G14_90_Low_Profile_Fitting_Adapter_-_Deep_Black.html?tl=g30c101s1306...

    Surge Protectors?

Right, and you weren't any different from the troll above you or on yahoo answers saying to buy some crap belkin. You made no clarification for those recommendations. You just said, with zero reasoning 'hey bro, i use these 2, so you should use them. I have no real reason to recommend these 2...

    Changing Tubing on H60 2013 and H110?

    Changing Tubing on H60 2013 and H110?

Why do you say that? Someone recommended I use Swiftech Hydrx PM2, which says its an anti-corrossive and has petroleum sodium sulfonate, which I was told was an anti-corrossive. It's recommended by swiftech for use in the h220, which doesnt mix metals.

    Changing Tubing on H60 2013 and H110?

:O Where did you hear that? Could you link that? That would be news to me. It definitely appears larger: http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Cases-and-Cooling/Corsair-Hydro-Series-H80i-High-Performance-Liquid-CPU-Cooler-Deconstruct-0 Definitely appear thicker, but I'm not sure. I actually have a...
