DVD+RW Software

What software do you guys recommend to make a DVD+RW disc function like a hard drive? Packet writing software. The sleeker the better. InCD looks great but I don't want to buy the full Nero 6 software package. I want to store my music collection on a DVD+RW so I can take it between my desktop...

Speakers - Analog or Digital?

What's the positives and negatives of each? I currently have a 5.1-channel MidiLand S4 8200 system running off a Hercules Game Theater XP sound card and output box via an optical digital cable... but in three years, I've never properly configured the rear satellites or optical/digital connection...

Size of overhead compartment on MD-80? (traveling with PC to college)

I'd be worried about the x-ray machines messing up your computer. Just ship your computer. Do you realize how big of a nerd you have to be for your computer to be such a prized possession that you carry it with you like a fragile bag of groceries?

Sm8000 - thanks for the pointer but I already updated my firmware day before yesterday to either version OA5AA or OA6AA, I can't remember, but it was using that utility. Wasn't there a recall for these DeathStar drives?

So just cut my losses and toss the drive? I already backed up all my data before the OS switch because I planned on migrating to the new drive as the master anyway.
