Hot Deal: Quake III and Quake II for $30

Yeah...I meant Q3F. Back in Quake I days it was called Team Fortress... If you have Q3, get the mod from www.q3f.com and play. It is super fun.

I have a $10 D-Link EZNet that I picked up at egghead a while back. I am not sure if they are still there, but if they are they are good. Wake on LAN, Linux Drivers, etc.. Cheap net cards can be crappy though...I had a one that sucked before I got the D-Link.

Anyone know of a way to get Quake 3 for less than $30? I can get it for $30 shipped at Staples (with coupon), beyond.com, and Outpost. I can't seem to find it cheaper :( Q3Arena is pretty cool by itself, but now that I found out that they have Team Fortress for it...I must have it.. Team...

Hot Deal On Laptop Backpack $14.99 from The GAP

This bag is phat! I picked mine up for $14.99 online and I am using it as just a regular bag. (I don't have a laptop yet.) Anyways, it has lots of compartments, compression straps, and a waist strap if you need it. Insanely hot deal for $15, IMHO. :)

Acer 640U Scanner for $29.99 at OM

Just got back from Office Max. (I didn't have time to go last week.) They had the Acer 640U but it was listed as $79.99. I had them check the price in the computer and they said that $79.99 was the correct price. So I guess the deal is officially dead. That is lame because I wanted one :( Oh...

Acer 640U Scanner for $29.99 at OM

Anyone have a link to a review or have some sample images. Is this thing any good? I already have a Visioneer Paperport 6000b parallel, but I really want USB for the speed increase. Parallel is slooow. I don't want to go down in quality though just to get USB :confused:
