Is my 4850 broken?

Turns out i forgot to connect the 8-pin EATX power cable. Lack of sleep doesn't agree with me Thanks though

Is my 4850 broken?

I just received the parts for my new rig and something isn't quite working. I'm guessing it's my video card. The card seems to turn on and the fan spins but nothing is output to the screen(dell 2408). The monitor recognizes that there's something plugged in to the DVI port but doesn't detect...

How long do black eyes take to go away?

IIRC, 15-20 mins every 2-3 hours is what the doctor told me but that was for a sprained ankle.
