I'm sticking with amd for now till my system can play the latest games. i mostly work with audio production anyways.

the stock heat pipe cooler is good enough for 800mhz overclock, might as well spend your sixty five dollars for something else.

1900XTX not performing...

yes, all my respect to the level of patience on AT forum. i learn a lot just by searching previous post. after i changed my PSU with seasonic s12+ 650w, all my problem with my system is gone, no more shut down or lock ups even playing games online.

Which AMD Athlon 3700+ San Diego do I get?

i got the CF 3700+ it does 2.6ghz with four sticks of 512m ram and 2.8 with two sticks. hope this help.
