how well do you think 1060 3gb will do in a year? using the 960 2gb data as a precedent?

that is why marketing works :) logos on AAA games gets alot of eye balls. and the salesperson pushing the 500$ laptop :) it is just a matter of commission :)
that is just the superb, master level marketing at work :) it is still kinda weird how casual friends/family of yours have a brand preference, hell, even know the difference between amd or nv :)
I used to keep the one I replaced as a backup just in case. now my nephew is old enough he gets it(660 ti, resold the 280x I bought and used for about 3 month).
980 ti is about 30-50% faster than 1060 6gb and 480 8gb atm. even if we get rid of game ready drivers, you stand to lose about 10-20% performance for the next 1-2 years.
for 300$ it is the same price as the 1060 6gb fe cards, for 30-50% more performance. a super, super no brainer. for 40-60$...
can anyone confirm hardware wise, if it will be any different or better than one plus 3 or axon 7? or too little info atm? I am in the market for at least 3 phones.
doesn't matter. even if amd is competitive, the prices will still go up. remember the prices of 7970 before nv release a competing card?
both companies will gouge you, the gamers to death if they can. it is why I wish we have at least 2 more companies making gpus, but the patents/copy...
