Anyone have trouble with lite-on?

All it says is: Combo Drive 52x32x52x CD-RW& 16XDVD-Rom, Black bezel.

Anyone have trouble with lite-on?

Well, I was planning on doing a reformat, so i inserted my xp cd. Well, it wouldnt read it. So, i then tried inserting a music cd, to no avail. Now, i have had this happen to be before, but I would just use system restore and it would read my cd's again. However, system restore won't work...

DOes XP come with Microsoft word?

Well, i bult my first computer. BUt, when I went in to type a document, i realized taht i didnt have microsoft word. My question is, does word come with xp? And, if so, what didn't I do during installation to get it to install?

Problem with adware and spyware on new build

Well, i used a program called spyware stormer and it said that I had over 90 "infections". My question is, are there any free programs that remove adware and spyware? If not, what is the best program to remove these and prevent them from being installed? Any help is greatly appreciated.

CPU temp?

I was just wondering what the normal operating temerature is for an amd cpu. Mine is pretty stable at 46 degrees celsius, but i havent installed the operating system yet. Im just in the BIOS watching the temperature.

Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro

Well, the card has the power cord that hooks up to the power supply. But, there are two ends, a male and a femae end. What do I do with the extra end?

Beed help with questiob...

Well, i am building now and I an installing a Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro. My question is where do the mounting screws go? Do I put those on after the motherboard is in the case and the agp hookups are maneuvered through the back of the case?

About to build

Ok, guys. My stuff from newegg is supposed to be here tomorrow and I am going to build the system on Thursday. However, the hard drive that I bought was an OEM one (Western Digital we800jb). Will I need any screws to install it, or will it come with the necessary screws?
