Fujitsu S6000 series discontinued?

Ahh, I remember now... The S7000's have 14.1" screens, while the S6000's have 13.3" screens. I owned a S6010 a few years back (before the S2000 and S7000's came out). I guess they killed the S2000 and S6000 lines.

I believe it's 6-bit. We got 7 of these at the office today. We have two other 2007FPW's (one being on my desk) in the office, and a sky image displayed on one of the 207WFP's shows banding, but is fine on my 2007FPW. If you can afford it, I'd definitely go for the 2007FPW over the 207WFP -...

Who says the 512MB GTXs aren't available? :D

hrm... 680W power supply at 80% efficiency would be using 850W of power (an extreme case, since I doubt the system is using max power). That's about 7 amps of power :)

I don't see how a power supply with higher efficiency rating is going to help you. A 680W power supply is going to output 680W of power regardless of its efficiency (well, not really). However, a more efficient power supply will use less power to produce that 680W. A better quality power...

Finally got my 30" going. For those who wanted to see the 24" side by side...here you go.

Most 7800GT(X)'s should have at least one dual-link DVI port (I've heard people say some cards don't have dual-link DVI - don't know how though, since it looks like the 7800's don't use an external TMDS). For eVGA's 7800 series cards, the bottom DVI port is the dual-link one. I believe ATI's...

Burn in on 2005fpw?

It's called Image Persistence. I see the black horizontal lines from firefox after a weekend of usage (not that noticeable - you have to look for it), but it goes away after a few days when I don't use it as much.

6800GS Finally Came...but newegg sent me a shaddy card

No, the X2 3800+ does not come with a HSF with heatpipes.

For your KVM, note that most KVM's only support up to 1600x1200 (your omnicube included), it might work fine at 1920x1200. Also the video quality at high resolutions is usually pretty crappy (artifacts), so you might consider ditching the KVM for video (but keep it for mouse and keyboard) and...
