With identical educational history, a black person has a better chance then I do at getting into a good law school. With lower academic criteria, they still have a better chance. Only because they are black. If that's not racism, what is?

Here's an example of reverse racism: To get into Yale Law School, #1 in the country, you need the following appoximate qualifications: 3.9ish GPA and a 175ish LSAT score. Unless you are black, then you need a 3.5 and a 168. I could get into Yale if i was black.... THAT IS BLATANT...

Do you believe it is possible for the government (in current or +10 yrs state) to run any program well and efficiently?

NOOOOO Not until there is a revolution similar to that of the Founding. Americans, on the whole, have accepted this heinous form of government blindly. We need a complete revolution of government before it can do anything in a way that actually benefits the people in a true way.

While i disagree he was the best for the job, I agree that its way too big of a deal... The fact is that if racism was not prevalent in America, the fact that he is (half) black would make no difference.
