X3 Reunion

if you have patience it's one of the best games out there :) it's funny how people say they have 10hrs into this game...that's barely enough to get a factory, let alone supplies :) I have maybe 10 months into X3, maybe 1/2 that in X2, haven't played Terran Conflict because I'm still too...

Fallout 3 gameplay issues

That's weird that you ran out of ammo...i used the bolt action POS that I found on those overgrown radioactive guys just to keep the game interesting...I had so much ammo 1/2 way though the game (5.56 and 9mm) that I was selling it because it was just sitting in my house...use V.A.T.S. and aim...

Anyone played black shark?

If you're rig in sig is what you're playing on then I think you answered my question...my rig isn't "bad" per say, but you'd blow me out of the water...if you don't get decent FPS' then I'm going to wait for the next gen GPU's and CPU's to play this game...I'll buy it to show the company respect...

Sims 3 has gone Gold - due out June 2

Are you saying Sims 2 is visually as good as Sims 3 but with lower system requirements? I've only got a 9200gs m card in my laptop and my wife really wants this game (sims 3) but i don't even know if it will run on my computer...what's the difference between these two games really...just that...

That's what I thought because she could run it at 800xwhatever and doesn't need any special filtering, no AA obviously, low textures...and restaurant empire played for her like I said, but I don't know if they have the same system demands (which isn't saying much) Thanks again

I don't really want to buy a game to "try it" when I'm buying sims 3 in a week...that's why I was curious if someone knew if this would play sims 2...maybe someone that has a Wind or Eee Pc or something similar with a atom chip and OB graphics

atom chip, 2gb ram, onboard graphics, everyone has seen these things... anyway, I was gonna get sims 3 for her, but it'll only run on my computer, and since she's not taking over my laptop, I offered to get the sims 2 pack... she doesn't need great graphics, her last game was restaurant...

Maybe that's what I'm referring to, a refresh or update rather than a full port...could you give me some directions on where to read up on/learn about this? I'm quick when it comes to stuff like this (building designing patterns, etc.) so where would I begin?

Note: it doesn't have to be source obviously, that engine just looks good and it seems a lot of games used it...another engine would work but I don't even know how to get started...can you just download the engines, etc?
