I was hoping that since I have had multiple confirmations from them that I could use the spam laws to sue them in small claims court. Looking up how to do that is proving to be quite tricky. I was hoping someone one here has done that before.
Since about May the nfl.com website has been sending me emails on a wide range of topics. I never signed up for anything related to their site and have emailed them numerous times asking them to stop sending the mail. Clicking the "remove me" link does nothing, as I have done that about 15 times...
Yea, I have a bunch of emails going back and fourth about how they removed me from their lists, etc. What is the proper way to get this done. Doesn't it have to be in small claims court?
I have a legit company who I have been asking for the last 4-5 months to remove me from whatever list I'm on. They always say they comply, but then another message from them will pop up. I want the junk mail to stop from them but they can't seem to make it go away.
I got stung a week ago and by the end of the day everything appeared to be back to normal. All of the sudden I start itching, and notice that the welt marks are back like it just happened again, only it has been a whole week later? Has anyone had this happen before?
Nothing is really making...
I'm getting them too. I wonder who got my email because it only goes out to legit businesses. one of the big stores must have gotte their addresses jacked. It's actually the first spam I have received on this email account in about two years.
