Weird Vista + torrent problem

Whenever I open uTorrent, whether I'm downloading at 1kbps or 1,000kbps, I can no longer open any web pages or even visit my router page (192.168.whatever). Weird thing is, I can ping any website, and my router page! And it only started happening...a week ago, but before it was working fine...

Vista Partitioning Problem!

THIS JUST IN: Modeps likes Halo 3 more than Call of Duty 4

2 small vista problems :)

Is it possible to upgrade different vista versions?

Alright last question :D Does that upgrade pack include both 32 and 64 bit upgrades? Or with that upgrade pack can I call them and request a 64 bit upgrade cd?

Is it possible to upgrade different vista versions?

I have a legal version of Vista business (which i have yet to install, I'm on XP now), is it possible for me to use my business key to upgrade to a higher Vista version for cheaper than buying a whole new DVD?
