That could be a memory problem... are you complete sure it is a MainBoard Issue? Did you checked the rest of the components: Memory, Video Card, PSU...?
If intel did it, AMD can dot it just much better.

Come on man, the celeron absolutely sucks, there is not REALLY absolutely any reason to buy that piece of S***t when you can get for the same price a MUCH FASTER Semprom from AMD.
Because semprons, A64 are much better options than netburst based CPUs, also the X2 are excellent options if you already have a socket 939 board, as you can see there are plenty of reasons for someone to buy an AMD CPU.
