Help with setting up

Hello people, I just recently bought parts to my comp. 3000+ 64 socket 939, a8v deluxe, 6800 OC, Enermax PSU, and centurion case. I put in the motherboard (I might have overtightened one or two screw but only by a little - no screws came with my motherboard :S) and I set everything else up...

Asus A8V Deluxe Vs. MSI Neo2 Platinum

The advantage of the Asus is that you can mount a Thermalright xp-120 heatsink on my athlon 64 3500+ The advantage of the MSI is that it's just an amazing board :D But the xp-120 won't fit on it :( Should I get the Asus with the xp-120? Or should I go with the MSI with a Cooler Master Hyper...

Cooler Master Hyper 6 or Thermalright xp-120

The problem is that I want to get the MSI Neo2 Platinum (xp-120 is not compatible with that) instead of the ASUS A8V Deluxe (xp-120 IS compatible with this guy). I heard the MSI board is the best overclocker but I read on thermalrights compatibility charts that it was not compatible with the MSI...
