My Asus ROG G74sx laptop boots to a black screen.

Have you tried powering the laptop down and restarting it to see if the screen comes on? My Asus laptop occasionally (but not always) will boot to a blank screen and my research seemed to indicate that this was something that line of Asus laptops would do (not sure how close to yours in model...

The forum software is eating the [ i ] and creating the italics. The code likely looks like this: for (int i = 0; i < line.size(); i++) { testA[i] = line[i]; } which has its own issues if line is longer than 4 characters but will compile perfectly fine.

Power in a Battery = Mah x V?

As the h (hours) implies, mah is current over time, so your multiplication is giving you watt-hours (energy), not watts. To get peak power from the battery you would need to find the peak current (in milliamps) that it can provide.

How to show a web page on a TV without a computer...

Intel will be releasing a Compute Stick which can be had with either Windows 8.1 or Linux on it, though the Linux version will still be $90, so might be pricey (and no telling when it will actually be available for purchase).

Gas clothes dryer not getting hot?

The log parser can only pick up what is in the log. If you start logging after everyone has eaten and the buffs have been cast, then the log parser can't pick those items up. If you start logging as soon as you zone in, then all the buffs would be in the log. It's a timing thing.
