Thanks for the reply. But the card is not the issue. Per say. It is the older MB in my Dell that will not boot with this card in it. So now looking to upgrade the MB, processor, and Ram.

With redoing my office, I bought a 43" 4k TV on sale to use as my monitor. Apparently my 4 year old Dell system is not capable. Thought it was the video card, so got a GeForce GT730. No go. So then thought it was the stock power supply not able to do it. So got a new PS. So now I'm in over $100...

I thought someone in this sub-forum would have one of these and have suggestions. Is there a different sub-forum that is better suited? I didn't see anything related to this, maybe peripherals?

I work for a small non-profit. Looking to put something basic near the entrances. Something that can snap a pic when it detects motion and then send it to an email. Would also want the option to record video to a computer hard drive if we ever wanted to, as well as check on it remotely. I've...

ASUS RTN66U configuration

This is my first 5GHz capable router. I understand the 5GHz band is better for streaming media. My question is it best to leave the SSID and security key the exact same for both bands? My 4 DirecTV boxes have a wired connection. Only things wireless in the house will be a couple of computers...

Same question I have. Which is why I'm wondering where the best place is to read to find out what I'm able to do with it. Want to see what my options are. Don't even have it hooked up yet. Is there a good forum somewhere dedicated to just this device? Or any other links would be great as well...

In the market for a new wireless router

I'm currently running an old Linksys WRT-54G. 2 computers 2 smartphones 1 tablet 1 chromebook 4 tv's with a DirecTV Genie, but not all on at the same time. Will occasionally watch Netfilx. In the future would like to try out a wireless camera in the house so I can check what's going on...

Ugh!!! Kind of like when I tell people to restart their computer and see if the issue still exists. Re-installing the driver worked. Thanks

The option is there. It was not checked, so I checked it. Still no sound from the rear speakers, unless when doing test tones.

I'm using a Dell Vostro with integrated 7.1 audio. Speaker setup is Klipsch 4.1 system. Green from the klipsch is plugged into the green on computer. Purple from klipsch is plugged into the black (rear) on the computer. When doing the audio test tones, sound will come out of each speaker...

Win7 will not dl & install .exe files

Using the steps in this link right now. And able to download the programs after disabling windows defender. Think this could actually do it. Thank You!!!! I also uninstalled AVG.
