Cheapest way to ship from the U.S. to England?

A ATI 9700 graphics card with one of those Zalman gold heatsinks on it. Not too big but not a super small box either....

Cheapest way to ship from the U.S. to England?

I'm looking at the prices for UPS and USPS and they're all pretty expensive. The only one that looks reasonable is the USPS that goes by boat and takes weeks to get there. Any idea on cheaper ways to ship there that aren't too slow? TIA :D

Looking at selling a $300 processor to someone in B.C. Canada. Looks like I'll be shipping it USPS. The buyer wants me to set the value at a low value (50ish?) and mark it as a review item or gift I guess. :confused: Is that legal? Going to sit a month in customs? What exactly is the...
