Just a simple question that I haven't been able to find an answer for.
What is the range for the CPU voltage settings ? I'm mostly interested in how low a voltage it can supply and what the steps are.
Thanks in advance.
I'm using a Voodoo5 5500 AGP in mine at the moment, and it's a tight fit.
The end of the card is right on top of the IDE connectors, I had to apply a bit of the old ultra-violence to the IDE cables before I could seat the card properly.
I think it means that the OEM Northwood throttles at a lower temperature than the retain one. That would make sense with the note about limiting to <45W.
The 8500 has a lot features the 7500 lack, so in all aspects it will be more futureproof. But of course by the time you'll need the features newer cards might be out, and prices will have dropped.
Access time for the Maxtor drive seems a bit high, it should be around 13 ms (the 9 ms seek time + 4.2 ms rotationel latency), perhaps it is running with some sort of aquistic management on ?
The mininum read speed looks low as well, is the graph smooth or jagged ?
This still doesn't suggest...
