Yup, AVG is the best AV software I've found regardless of cost. Consistently finds things that Norton and McAfee miss, it's not a ridiculous resource hog, and free to boot. I recommend it constantly.
Processed my order start to finish without a hitch. I don't expect 'em to fill it, but the process went through just fine. E-mail confirmation and everything.
I do this regularly for another of the big survey firms. It takes about 30 minutes to do the review, and the Amazon GC arrives within 5 minutes of finishing.
HECK of a good deal! I paid $25 for a similar throw for a Christmas present. These things are the perfect movie-watching blanket. VERY light and VERY warm, as down always is.
Thanks for posting...
Please think long and hard before putting your money in E*Trade based on one of their promotions. I have SEVERAL of them that I never got, including a $100 buy.com GC and a MyFavoritePC computer system that was supposed to be free but which I wound up paying $400 for. You will in all...
That code is pulling up a deal with the standard coffeemaker and coffee for $10 now, not the grind-n-brew. I've done a Gevalia deal before and didn't really care for the coffee but was willing to give it another try on such a great deal. :(
If you're working with LCD's that are "fuzzy," I suggest checking to be sure that the resolution and refresh rate of your video card are set to the EXACT resolution and refresh rate specified for those monitors. ANY variation makes them look like pure doodoo. I have a KDS Rad-5 -- one of the...
Elements is an awesome little program. Has a lot of Photoshop features and even has a few that Photoshop doesn't have. For processing images from digital cameras for a non-professional, it's hard to beat.
This is not thread-crapping, rather a comment opened up by the "best" tag in your headline. ;)
If you're wanting to spend something in the $500-600 range AND if you have an old receiver or amp lying around that you can drive it with, check out the subs you'll find at SVS..
I replaced a $1500...
I'm jacket-poor or I'd hook up on one of these. The wife and I both have North Face down coats and I've never owned any coat that came remotely close to being as warm as mine. Light as a feather too. Fabulous quality gear.
<< I have an SMC router (not wireless) and I love that print server option on it. >>
I have one of 'em too. Very handy to have both Internet connection and printer totally independent of any machine. My only gripe with the SMC routers is that they're still putting the ports on the front...
Anyone else remember Cal-Ban 3000, the "As Seen On TV" wonder pill that you could take and then eat whatever you wanted and still lose weight? This was way back in the 80's. Being young and ignorant, I hooked up for me a bottle of 'em @ $49.95. Gained 15 pounds. It was later determined that...
I haven't watched much TV lately and dunno if this is a successful infomercial or not. (It's successful if it runs regularly over a period of several months.) If it is, just be patient. The goal of an infomercial is to be a self-paying campaign that builds brand awareness to go into mass...
There's a much cheaper fully automatic machine for home use that sells for $200 and has gotten good reviews. I can't remember the manufacturer, but do a Google search on "coffee team plus" and it'll turn up. That's the name of the machine. Was hoping to get one for Christmas but it wasn't...
